I called to have my service dog groomed. They had a cancellation and she is going to need to be groomed every five weeks. Despite being an ADA service animal, they are trying to charge me a minimum of $100 which can be more to groom her. For someone who is disabled taking care of their service dog, this is completely outrageous! The state I moved from I was paying $68 at a very nice grooming salon every five weeks. In addition this facility had no compassion. I normally do not comment on somewhere that I have not utilized but I want to make sure that anybody who is disabled or has a service dog, does not go to this facility. read more

I love this place, and the ladies are saints for putting up with my EXTREMELY high energy pup. She's not socialized very much and over the years she's become reactive and they still offer a time to do solo plays with her when she comes to stay. She's always healthy, happy, and worn out when she comes home so I know they're taking care of her. read more

This is the second time I've brought my dog to them and AGAIN have been angry with the experience. This is the first time I've had my dog groomed, she is a shepherd/collie mix. I told them I wanted a mild trim and specifically asked if it would be expensive. The groomer said no. When my husband went to get her they charged us $95. And then when he brought her come and I asked where her collar and leash were, he said they told him she didn't have either of those things when I dropped her off. Yet after I called, the found both and then we had to go back and get them. The cut itself is nice but they charged me WAY too much money and lied to me when I asked them specific questions. I gave them a second chance and it was a mistake. I'll never bring her back. read more

We have five...that is right....five dogs and we are usually very hesitant to use boarding facilities. In fact, we've only ever been comfortable with two that we've used. All Dogs is, without any doubt, the absolute best place for our pups if they are not able to be home with us! Holly and her staff are the extended family to our fur babies. They are always so warm and welcoming, very helpful when we arrive with our brood and the dogs themselves are excited to arrive. When we turn onto old AJ, they start getting excited knowing they are about to spend sometime with Holly and the wonderful women who love on our pups when we are away. We love that they do playtime and have web cams, so when we stop for the night on vacation we can see our dogs and know they are safe and secure. All of my dogs love going to AllDogs! I have taken them there numerous times for grooming and boarding. I have never been unhappy. The staff are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous. I have different breeds of dogs, both long and short haired, and the groomer has always done a great job. I have boarded them for short, long, and emergency periods, and they have loved on them like they were their own. They spoil and pamper them like they are at home. The dogs are rarely allowed outside. They claim they let the dogs out often, except when it's "too hot or cold," which would be fine if it was actually hot or cold. They included 60 degrees as too cold. Also, the dogs look legitimately scared when you go inside. No one goes in the back to play with the dogs or comfort them. It's heartbreaking. read more

This place is awesome. I have taken my dog Abel countless times. He had a medical condition that requires various pills through out the day and never once did I worry about him. The staff is amazing and even called me when his meds had changed from his last visit. Picking him up at any hour was wonderful and worth the hour drive each way. Good place & Pick-up and Drop-off 24 hours! That is KEY for me! Working the same hours as a vet, that is very critical for me. I have used our vet, which is also a good choice, but I have had to do a drop-off and pick-up over lunch. If I get into town at 5:05 PM, I don't have to pay an extra day. If you do pickup at an odd time when the main office, there will be a minor upcharge; however, that is fair. Also the dogs seem to like it. I can board our dogs in 1 larger room, rather than two crates, which saves some money. I will continue to use and recommend them. read more

This location could be an outstanding pet Boarding facility but at least 50% of the time when we take our dog there he comes back with kennel cough. They continually say but it's not our fault...it's not our fault and Have posters on the door when you go in saying basically the same thing. Our vet says yes it could be their fault and they need to do a better job of cleaning the facility. So after you spend 200+ dollars on boarding your dog plan on another 150 dollars on vet bills. read more

my nana took her dog (which has been diagnosed with cancer) as well as an exact amount of medication to be given to her daily, and after picking her up and noticing several behavior issues as well as extra pills remaining, she took her to the vet to discover she had kennel cough. i am severely disappointed in the neglect and irresponsible actions of this animal care facility. there should be no reason for the faculty to not do their job (especially knowing good and well that animals with medical conditions are in their care) . read more

I love my fur babies and to think about leaving them somewhere while our family goes on trips or out of town breaks my heart the same way it does every fur baby's mom! With all dogs they give me that comfort that my babies are going to be well taken care of and loved while we're away. They get them out for playtime and take multiple potty breaks, bellyrubs, treats, etc. These people really take pride in what they do. I will always take my doggies to AllDogs! I boarded my dogs at All Dogs Canine and they were in the Presidential Suite. They are small dogs and were all boarded together. Being in the Suite there is 24 hours access to see them by webcam, live feed-not photo shots. I watched them being taken outside, brought back in, their suite being cleaned. I called them twice: once to ask them to change their water to a dish rather than a small bucket and they did it as I was still talking to reception and while I was watching the webcam. The 2nd call was I didn't see one of my dogs walking around after several times of watching the webcam. She has had a few seizures and I called with my concerns and the person who took my call walked back right away, while we were still on the phone and found her to be fine. I feel they get great care and will definitely board my dogs there again and highly recommend them! read more

So today was the first full on grooming session for our 6 month old Labradoodle. Sarah took a great deal of time while we were out doing chores and when we saw our little girl we were astounded! Every detail was addressed and the dog looked magnificent. Now that we are home and have even more time to look at the attention to detail that was involved in Sarah's work, we are so happy and amazed, Her feet are perfectly rounded along with her head and her body is flawless. They do a phenomenal job. Everyone there loves the dogs and they take great care of them. We have used them many times and our dogs are always well cared for and healthy when we pick them up. They seem to enjoy going here too as they get lots of play time. I also like the fact that they can give a bordetella vaccination there in case mine is older than 6 months. It saves me a trip to the vet and their price is very reasonable. The owner knows my dogs which are older now and makes sure that they get the care they need--they are grouped wiht other older dogs so that they are not overwhelmed during play time. They also know the personalities of my dogs and know how best to work with them. We could not travel as much as we do if we did not know our babies were well cared. I took my dogs there for four day stay. I paid for the presidential suite, extras and a full day of doggy daycare. I used a 24 hour cam that they offer and I bought the pro version instead of using the free app which allows you to take pictures and record. I was very unhappy with their services and when I went to pick up my dog the owner was very confrontational with me and yelled at me to the point where I was in tears. I kept asking for my dog after we paid but she continue yelling at me. Finally, she told one of her staff members "get this lady her dog". She continued yelling at us as we walked out the door and called me a liar and rude for not thanking her!!! If you want to keep your dog there, I recommend getting the pro version of their cam of IP viewer so you can record and take pictures of the treatment of your pup. I left a greater detail review to Google. I will never ever ever use this place again for my dog. The place looks nice but you can't judge a book by its cover. read more
