I spoke with her prior to make sure my pup would be a good fit, she's very particular about what needs to be done beforehand with vaccinations, fecal check, etc. it helped me know that my pup would be in good hands and around other healthy dogs. I was at ease leaving him and knew he'd be safe. I know he had the best time! I highly recommend and we will use again if ever in the area!

Kennels were spotless and organized and my small dog had an area just for smaller dogs and would not be put in with the larger dogs - cute beds-you could tell dogs were well taken care of and even had a play room. Unfortunately, my dog passed just before the stay with Sue. I would have never left my dog with anyone else with the way the kennel was run and the knowledge that Sue had.

Open meadows, a meandering river, a secluded pond, and gorgeous wooded trails. Hundreds of acres that are well-fences so your dogs can be off leash as much as they want. We've been coming here for over two years, and every single visit gets our tails wagging the second we hear, "Want to go see Marilyn?" We don't just walk into the car--we race to it, because we know what's waiting for us: belly rubs, gentle hands, and the kind of spa treatment every pup dreams about. We go in looking like scruffy mountain dogs and strut out like polished show pups ready for the runway. Marilyn somehow makes bath time fun, gets our paws and nails looking perfect, and makes us smell so good that our humans won't stop hugging us afterward (hello, bonus treats ). After two years, we're still just as excited as our very first visit. If we could give more than five stars, we would--but we only learned to count to five.

We get short cuts because they do not like the heat and are in the pond a lot. In the winter if their fur is too long their legs get caked with snow balls. They adjust the cut a bit longer in winter but short enough to not gather snow. We love these groomers!
