    Phoebe

Jason is the most incredible dog walker and trainer I have ever met. He started taking our dog Phoebe for walks, and she had a lot of anxiety and didn't do well with anyone besides me and my husband. After he began walking her, we noticed her confidence improved, she was much better on her leash, and she now shows her happiness when she sees Jason, her tail curls. I would recommend Jason to anyone; his services go beyond dog walking. He really helps dogs with any behavioral issues. He's always so kind, timely, and flexible. I don't usually leave reviews, but five stars aren't enough for Jason.

We can't say enough good things about Jason and DogFitt! Our pups gained instant confidence and no longer have separation anxiety of being left home, they look forward to him coming to get them during the day and they absolutely love him. After trying several dog sitting/walking/daycare situations for our dogs while we're at work, we are beyond grateful to have found Jason. The pickup and drop off service allows us to be stress free, he's also very communicative and easy to text for booking unlike many services where you have to book weeks in advance and commit to a 5 min drop off slot. He sends such fun photos & videos each day too to let us know they're having fun. He also taught them how to paddle board and they have no fear around water. A huge bonus too if you sign up for DogPPL that he can take them. Only bad thing is being jealous of your dog while you sit at work and watch them having SO much fun!!!! He has great overnight or extended hours services too if you're out late!

I have a very sensitive Shiba Inu who doesn't trust anyone but after a few sessions now he looooves Jason. Jason definitely knows how to handle dogs and my dog has a great time with his pack. He's fear reactivity to other bigger dogs also has gotten so much better since working with him. Very thankful to have found him!

As a Vizsla, he is prone to hyperactivity, but we often get comments from friends and strangers that he is the most calm and relaxed Vizsla they have ever met. This is due to his contentment and confidence gained through training. Our pup has looked forward to his weekly dingo doggies day with complete enthusiasm for the past 6 years. It is truly the highlight of his week and a place where he continues to grow in self-confidence and mastery of tasks. Beyond the usual training, Renee clued us into a diet change recently that has nearly eliminated our dog's life-long allergies and he no longer has to eat a prescription diet. I can't give Dingo Doggies enough stars. This is truly a special place and we feel so lucky to get to shape our dog's future here! The education we have received will guide us with our future dogs as well. It's a way of life.

I wanted to start my puppy Bruce Wayne off on the right foot and there is really no better place in LA to do that than Dingo. My dog was at Dingo for about 8 months until he was a little over 14 months old and he is such a well-adjusted dog due in large part to this place. The staff and Renee helped us build a wonderful foundation where my dog feels secure and fulfilled. Renee was so committed to getting us off on the right foot. She let me know early on when there were behavioral issues she saw in my puppy and gave me direction on what to do with him at home. I know that all the Dingo trainers care so much about the dogs and everyone there puts the dogs first. It was a relief knowing that I would drop him off and he wouldn't pick up any bad habits or come back smelling like dog pee (as happens at most daycares). Instead, the staff helped ensure he learned how to be around other dogs without reacting, practiced "place," worked on leash training, and so much more. I will say that the cost of sending a dog to Dingo is very expensive. I could not keep my dog there long-term though I wish I could, but the time he spent there was worth it to me. We will miss everyone at Dingo! But we leave the Dingo pack in a great place with lessons we will carry through the rest of my dog's life. If you can afford it and live in the area, you won't find a better place to care for your dog.

We're pretty busy people and I wanted a reliable place where Sophie could go regularly and be well cared for, but that wouldn't rip us off on the daily rates and for every little add-on (in my search I saw places that would charge extra for walks, extra for specific feedings, etc.). Nothing seemed to fit the bill and I was worried we'd never be able to leave town again. Then I found Mia at Let's Go For A Walk! She runs the business out of her home, which has a big, beautiful yard for the doggies to play. Mia happily takes Sophie's meals and snacks and feeds her according to our instructions without a problem. We also love that Mia sends us texts and pictures throughout the day sharing all the adventures Sophie is having with her four-legged buddies. And as a bonus -- Mia provides all of this personalized care at very reasonable rates. After a day at Let's Go For A Walk, Sophie comes home and sleeps like a log with a big puppy smile on her face! It was a huge relief to find a place that gives us no hesitations about her safety and happiness. If you are fed up with expensive Westside doggie day cares that are dubious at best, give Mia a call.

From the very first interaction, I felt completely supported--and more importantly, so did our rescue pup, Romie(a German shepherd Husky mix). Romie has a bit of a spicy personality (he's dog reactive and can be a lot to handle at times), but Uriel, Arely, and the rest of the team have gone above and beyond to accommodate his needs. They take the time to ensure that Romie feels safe and that the whole pack is comfortable and balanced together. Their ability to manage group dynamics while honoring each dog's individuality is impressive and deeply appreciated. Uriel brings such a peaceful, calm, and confident energy that immediately puts both me and Romie at ease. It's clear he understands dogs on a deep level, and his leadership has created a pack that feels structured, safe, and full of positive energy. Arely is also an absolute gem--she's incredibly calm, caring, and consistent. Her gentle presence is so grounding, and Romie adores her. I know that when he's out walking with her, he's in the best of hands. She's patient, attentive, and has a quiet confidence that dogs (and dog parents!) instantly trust. Romie comes home well-exercised, mentally calmer, and truly happier. I've seen such growth in his confidence and regulation since joining the pack, and that's all thanks to the care and expertise this team provides. If you're looking for a dog walking company that understands dogs, treats them like family, and helps them thrive--look no further. Romie and I are so lucky to have found Dogs On A Stroll.

Unfortunately, this place was a HUGE disappointment and had a huge negative impact on our pup. Long story short -- Everything here is a sales grab. The few girls care for the animals but the "managers" and men there are just there for the commission of your packages. I had a whole conversation about their unethical sales pitching with the employee while picking up my dog lol. It's "how they keep the place open" - the employee's words, not mine. Astounding. Said employee also asked what I did for a living because I questioned their sales pitch tactics -- I'm in sales. Also, If you need their VIP services for your unspayed or neutered pup, please spend your money elsewhere!! Before committing to a membership, we did a trial day and spent hundreds on drop in days, grooming, and overnight boarding to see if it was a good fit for our high energy pup. Our dog is not neutered and we don't plan on getting him neutered so we chose their VIP rooms. His breed is also extremely high energy and they promised they could accommodate. I also inquired about training multiple times and they kept saying the trainer would contact me. Everything went great after those few visits, they seemed caring and said he was a great fit for a membership so we end up signing up. Then everything went downhill. Upon the first day of the membership, our dog all of a sudden had behavior issues and needed to be picked up. In the middle of my work day I call the shift manager, and he states that if we want our dog to stay, he needs training ... (from their same trainer that I've inquired 3x about before committing to a membership, still haven't heard back). I asked why this wasn't communicated ever before committing to a membership and they didn't have an answer. I informed them that I would've paid for training before committing to a membership if they would've let me know that there were any issues. Our dog went a couple of more times until they could finally get me in touch with the trainer, 6 visits later. Actually I had lost complete trust at this facility. To add insult to injury, I was able to speak to one of their actual workers that is with the dogs and she let me know that our dog is only let out for about 10 minutes at a time, maybe 3 to 4 times a day during a 12 hour stay. This is their VIP option. So not only is he left in a room for about 12 hours a day, with dogs barking all around him, he's not being stimulated nor played with just being let out to go to the bathroom. Contradicting everything they say that they offer. Their "trainer" is also a joke. He is supposed to be from the Marines and well-versed in the breed of dog that we have. Upon washing him for 5 minutes, as I was told, he said that our dog needed to be neutered before he could be trained because of his energy. Our dog is a Malinois and is not supposed to be neutered before 2 years of age. We've since went elsewhere to get our dog trained from someone who is actually educated on his breed and he's worked on all of his anxiety and reactivity issues that our pup got because of this place.
