Highland Pets!! Coconut and I were heartbroken after being fired from his first groomer. We were told he was aggressive and difficult to deal with and that they could not handle him. And to be fair, I understand that Coconut isn't an easy pup, given he is deaf and partially blind. He sees moving hands as threats and can easily be overwhelmed with unknown environments. So there is no animosity toward that groomer! But thank Buddha we found Thais at Highland Pets! She was so patient with Coconut and was committed to working with him even though his first couple of cuts were rough. Now I drop him off and pick him up with zero worries. I wouldn't recommend him! I am honestly soooo upset right now. He cut her paw badly enough that it's bleeding all over my house--and then still charged me $90. She's a 3-pound, elderly Yorkie. I understand accidents can happen, but if you injure someone's dog to the point it's bleeding at home. Her whole paw pad is cut off and they don't grow back, she can't even walk on her paw. Don't you think the absolute bare minimum would be not charging them . Charging nearly $100 after hurting her feels completely unacceptable. I'm beyond frustrated. I wouldn't have wrote a bad review if they would've just offered a refund. I asked and they said NO. A discount to me is not acceptable. If it was me I'd offer a refund if I cut someone's dog. I don't think you should charge someone if you cut their dog really badly, that just doesn't seem right at all. Plus they charge more than other places . Do better guys ! don't be greedy . Have better customer service . My poor pup she's in so much pain I need to take her to a vet to help her paw. I'm so mad

My dog, a border collie, goes to DD both for occasional daycare, and for overnight boarding as I travel for work. Not only do they feed him his raw diet (with sprinkles) and have him sleep with his favorite blanket and toy: they do it with compassion and a genuine love for Marley. Nothing is too much to ask of all the wonderful carers at Diggity. They know I'm a helicopter parent, so I often get videos and photos of Marley having the best time with his pals. He loves to play in their paddling pool, and is spoilt by everyone there. On a summers day his favorite thing is to be squirted by the hose. No one HAS to do this, however that's the love they show to the dogs that visit. I just adore everyone there. All the team know each dog by name, and what they like. They have the most clean and spacious premises. And when Marley comes in everyone yells "Marley", and makes him feel so loved. I wouldn't go anywhere else, I love them so much. Besides that, they are reasonably priced and open very accommodating hours. So, want a place that truely cares. Diggity Dog is that place.
