Horrible experience here. They used to be so great! They got a new owner within the last week and changed a lot. I booked my appointment 6 weeks ago and when I picked my dog up I was shocked at their new pricing and styling. My original quote was $40 and they've done a great job in the past. Upon picking him up I was informed it would be $68 before taxes and tip. That's when they decided to tell me about the change in ownership and new pricing. They gave me a small discount because I booked so long ago but it was still more than I had planned on. And then they brought me out my dog. I was horrified. We weren't even sure if it was our dog. She did not cut him they way I had asked, his tail has 4 different choppy lengths. My dog is embarrassed and frankly so are we. We didn't even dare take him back, scared of how she would butcher her previous hack job. Good thing bad hair cuts only last a few weeks. Do yourself a favor. If you haven't been in the last week, change your appointment. read more

Terrible experience. We've taken our poodle there many times. I took her in today and told the lady at the front we had and appointment for her and my dogs name she ask me if we were doing the same as usual, I told her yes "leave the ears and tail as long as possible as they were quite tangled. And I said to keep her body at a 1 and don't clean the feet. When we went in to pick her up they had completely shaved her head, not once did I say shave her head. And if the groomers had any knowledge about a poodle cut they would know that you never cut the head. The lady called me a liar and said that I said "shave her head" I've brought her in multiple times and know what to say and what they do. read more

Do NOT come here. I showed them the cut I wanted on my puppy & was told it'd be $40. Upon picking him up he is BALD & charged $75. They are terrible to their dogs, my puppy's genitals are cut. Really big bummer! I approached their new location and a gal in scrubs (probably a groomer) had a customer dog on a leash and was smoking a cigarette in front of the store. This was a poor first impression, not to mention smoking laws call for no smoking within 25 feet of a business door. When I entered the salon I was not greeted (probably due to the un happy costumer, a gentleman that was at the counter in front of me). Without knowing what was being discussed between he and the front desk associates, the gentleman, visibly upset, swiftly (but gently) snatched his pup from the front desk gal's arms and stormed out. One of associates whispered to the other something that was inaudible. Unprofessional. When it was my turn, I was greeted by the question " picking up?" No, I said "I'm dropping off my dog". She said she didn't see my dog. When they asked what I was there for, they could not find my appointment which I made within the hour. The front desk gal's demeanors between he two were flustered and aloof and lacking a welcoming vibe. When asked what type of hair cut I wanted, by the gal that whispered to the other earlier, she cut me off as I started answering her question to direct the conversation her way. Rude. It was just the last straw for me in the midst of a very chaotic, disorganized, anxiety filled environment. I walked out without a dog groom and made an appointment elsewhere. When dropping my dog off somewhere where she will be in the care of others, I need to feel comfortable, my dog needs to feel comfortable and I need to have confidence that we will both be treated with respect and care. I would suggest to the owner, train your staff, throughly. Above all, front desk associates who are kind, compassionate, personable and prove to truly care about the guest experience and business imagine and who take the time to LISTEN to their customer's needs should be top priority. First impressions matter. I won't be back. read more

I love this place and took my husky here to get her groomed 2 to 3 times per season in the summer before she passed last year. I now take take my Australian Shepherd there during the summer time as well. Jared work incredibly well with my older Aussie that had fear aggression when I first adopted him. They are amazing! My pups have never looked better than the styles and maintenance that the professionals give. They think of everything so I get the afternoon off too and I always look forward to spending time with my well groomed and healthy family. They did a great job on my dog but I they cut it very short because her fur was matted and we asked for bows and since her fur was so short they glued the bows and now she has two bald spots near her ears. read more

This place is horrible never ever take your dog here I took my little Pomeranian here and my big dog he's a lab mix so he's a really friendly dog and I wouldn't my Pomeranian is a little feisty but that's no reason for them to almost cut her ear off and they made no attempt to tell me that she had an hour we order that maybe she needed to go to a vet or to even try to bandage it or put some neosporin on it and then when I looked at my lab lifted up his tell he has long hair and he had razor rash all over his butt so bad that he was bleeding and ossed for 3 days this place is horrible if you love your pet do not take them here read more

Terrible customer service. I have been getting my cat's nails cut here for several months without difficulty. The last two Saturdays I have been told that the groomers all went home (2:30) & they were closed. The following Saturday when I called (midafternoon) I was told the cat groomer had "just left." They changed location to 7097 S redwood road. No complaints with the service. My dog looks perfect but the new stuff is rude. I loved this place when it was the smaller crew. The 2 girls in the reception are not trained well. I used to get a discount for scheduling my dog in advance and now they don't offer it anymore. Used to pay about 65 now it went up to about 80 including the teeth. Just because of complaining one girl whispered to the other something I couldn't understand. Not the way to do business. I went to the 70th South Redwood Road location (It has been there for less than a year). I now have been a couple of times. The staff is friendly and the owner of this store is very nice. She noticed my dog had the start of an ear infection and suggested we trim the fur back from the ears which we did. This additional service was free. The two cuts we have had are far better than the last two places we have tried. The cost is competitive. If you book every 10 weeks they will do free trims between visits. They obviously care about your pet children at this store! read more

I am very disappointed in the service I have received the last few times I took my Shi-itzu here. The environment has completely changed. I used to feel like the groomer knew me personally, but now I feel that my dog is just another number. I was told the last time I came in that my dog had received a teeth cleaning. But today I was pushed to get another cleaning and the employee who was supposed to clean his teeth couldn't remember if he had performed the service. After bringing my dog home he started throwing up. He has never done this. I called the groomer to see if he had gotten into something and they chalked it up to stress. Why is my dog feeling stressed? We have been going there for a year now and this has never happened. I have also noticed that my dog sits in the groomer for about 3 hours each time I have brought him in recently. Today I brought him in at 1:00 and he wasn't ready until after 5:00pm. I don't think that is normal at all. It is pointless for him to be in a stressful environment for several hours if it is simply due to your business being behind. It would be more courteous to receive a phone call to bring him in at a later time. I also noticed you have added new fees to your prices that I was not aware of until I came in today. I am sorry to say that I am not bringing my dog here anymore. read more
