Pinky is incredible. I have a 14 year old lab who is really slowing down. I can not take him to a groomer in a brick and motar shop. I can't have him in a cage and he needs special care. he is now deaf and has hip problems. Pinky came to my house. My lab Taylor loved him, Taylor jumped in his Van thought he was going for a ride. We have 3 radically different dogs. One is a 100lbs. OE Bulldog. Another is a 9 lbs. Terrier(ist). We also have a 30lbs. grandpa/loaf of bread (corgi/lab). 2 stars only because of how difficult it was to get a response for a date to get grooming done. I'm glad all others were able to get dates, but it was like I had a roadblock from the start. The reason for 2 instead of just 1 is because when I did actually get a response (once at 12 am, yes A.M., and another at 9 pm), the man was very kind and accommodating. We had set a date, but then I sadly had to reschedule. I messaged them this fact, and they said they would get me dates asap. Never got any dates, and that message was the last I had from them. Ive been taking my dogs to Pinky for the last four years and have to say I would not go anywhere else. My pomeranian and chihuahua are are very shy and sometimes not very good with other people, but noticed they are very comfortable when I drop them off and pick them up. But because they are outdoor dogs, they get quite dirty quickly. Their white fur makes the dirt more noticeable! I searched Yelp and found Doggie Shine Mobile Pet Spa. And let me tell you, it was worth every dollar. I left a voicemail and was able to book an appointment within 3 days (because of my bad schedule). For my dogs, it was $80 each ($160 total). I decided to give $200 because he did such an amazing job so quickly! He was in and out within 2 hours. All that he asks for is an electrical outlet to do his magic. The photos speak for themselves. I have five dogs and getting them all in the car to go to a groomer can be a chore. I did a Yelp search to find a groomer that serviced my area and Doggie Shine came up. I read the reviews from my fellow Yelpers and decided to give them a try. I explained to Pinkie that one of my dogs was blind and fearful and that I would have to hold her while he trimmed her nails and expressed her anal glands. He said that would not be a problem, so I booked the appointment. On the day of my appointment Pinkie called me to inform me he was having trouble with his van and stopped at a repair shop. He said he would have to push back our appointment time. I told him that was totally fine. A few hours later he called to apologize and asked if we could reschedule for the next day. Again, not a problem. The next day arrived and Pinkie confirmed and kept me informed of his arrival time. He even sent me a text when he was 7 minutes away. We started with my blind doggie, Bella, and everything went smoothly. After she was done he proceeded with my remaining 4 chihuahuas. He trimmed their nails, expressed their glands, bathed them, and brushed their teeth and was done within an hour. I was impressed with how quick and efficient he was. I was also happy that my dogs were not traumatized by the experience or the car ride. Two of my dogs do not like riding in the car and have bad anxiety when they have to go for car rides. It was much more convenient to have Pinkie come over and take care of them. He was very courteous, professional, and friendly. I definitely recommend his services and will be using him again. Tried to get an appointment by calling the number provided my yelp. Per the voice message it says it's better to text for an appointment.... So I send a text and DO NOT get a response back. Later on in the evening I get a very dry response to the affect that they are too booked to accept new clients. Well, that was fine with me.
