Full grooming for a 6 month old puppy. This is her second groom, but first time here. I asked for puppy cut and specifically asked for top knot and showed a photo of how I want the legs and feet specifically. She came out smelling great. The body and legs were exactly as requested. The staff was friendly and groomer talked to us personally to ask us what we like. However, we were disappointed that they cut the top knot that we spent months to grow out and they cut the eyebrows. The head was also a bit uneven. Maybe I should've showed a photo for the head too. They trim the nails and paw hair, but it wasn't a detailed job. They didn't file her nails. The groomer said my puppy was good and didn't run into any issues. The grooming took 4 hours and 40 mins.
My pups turned 7 years old, and they are still loving Dinora at Fluffy Puppy! The stellar service has not changed since they were 4 months old. Dinora continues to be caring & thorough with making them happy, floofy, and clean! Have recommended so many friends who have become long-time customers too!

I really love the service here and use Fluffy Puppy as my go-to groomer. I have three dogs and they are able to accommodate all of them. Daniel has been my favorite to work with as he is kind and understanding. They also tend to give bandanas and bows at the end. There have been times where I will have to go back to correct a haircut or find something they've missed, but they are quick to resolve it! Would highly recommend for other pup parents!

She was licking so often that my parents checked if something was off. When they checked, there was a big wound on her back. It looked infected. I've been very sick and so my dog had stayed home ever since the grooming appointment. My dog licks often but usually certain areas. She would never lick this area before (her lower back) and she only started licking it after. I would say to just be careful and check after because she's never had a hot spot and she suddenly started picking at this spot right after grooming. I usually try to stop her if I catch her licking too so I'm not sure how else she would've gotten this other than irritation from grooming. Overall, just check after. It wouldn't hurt

The new thing that I seen on their posting is that once your dog is done, you have to pick up within 30 minutes or they start charging an extra fee I don't remember this from before, but I haven't been there long.
Wanted to find a groomer closer to home and was hesitant on finding a new one or just make the drive to his usual groomer. Upon reading the reviews, I just went ahead and scheduled with Fluffy Puppy. I called on Sunday to schedule an appointment for Tues/Wed. Christina was so sweet to help me schedule my appointment. I notified her that my corgi has DM and has no mobility in his hind legs and she kindly stated she will take her time with him and give him lots of breaks and not rush his grooming. I was happy to hear that they provided care for their patients. Luckily this is located in the better areas of Pasadena where they have their own private lot rather than finding street parking or parking structures to park in. It is shared with many other restaurants so parking may be limited but I was able to find parking fairly fast. Their store front is very simple, clean and fairly cold but nice. There is a wall of photos of their patients which I thought was cute. Check in was simple and quick. I didn't have to fill out any paperwork or present any vaccine records. She just took my dog and said she will call me when he's done. His appointment was at 1pm and I didn't get a call until 5:14pm so they REALLY took their time with him. I was so worried why it took so long since his normal groomer usually take 1.5 hours but I guess because he was new and they didn't know his temperament and condition, they wanted to be extra careful. They accept all major credit cards, cash and venmo AND there is no fees to utilize your card which was nice. Overall, I will most likely return here for his future grooming appointments. Although they are $5 more expensive than his normal groomer, I like how friendly their service was and it is closer to home. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the check in process. I wish they offer online appointment booking so I don't have to call in and they didn't check for vaccine records. I pray all owners are responsible to vaccinate their pets to limit the exposure of illness to other pets.
I love this place. They make sure your dog is well taken care of. The owner, Dinora will find things on your dog you made have missed it did not see like a lump, scar, skin problem, etc. They care about the dogs they are grooming. This is the reason I love it so much. They treat my dog like if it was theirs . My dog has been going here for a few years now and he likes it. The prices are reasonable and they give superb service.

I'm glad we listened to the referrals and read the testimonials. We definitely will be back. The fur babies look great and came out super happy. That's all a pet parent can ask for.
Our Boxer girl had the pleasure of spa days here for the last 5 yrs. Always treated with much love & respect, most days she didn't want to leave. Our baby sadly lost her battle with cancer but we got to say goodbye to one of our favorite FP family members, Daniel before her passing. (Daniel, Dinora & Uncle Kyle) were SO WONDERFUL! I never doubted she would be treated well when I took her to them. They always made time for her, even on short notice when possible, and always greeted us with smiles. It'll be awhile before we're able to open our hearts to another dog but when we do, we'll definitely be back! Thank you so much for the wonderful memories! We appreciate you forever

I take my dog to the same groomer each time. She holds him with some love care and respect. I wanted to update my review because fluffy puppy is a great groomer. I've been taking bestie here for maybe a year now and I swear he comes back looking even cuter and like himself? His fur is so soft and fluffy. I've had groomers in the past just shave my doggy down and his fur would grow back weird. But my dogs fur grows back nice and soft and actually easier to manage because he has a curly type of hair. Whenever I go I expect to wait a few hours. I do not mind though because my groomer does a beautiful and consistent job each time. I highly recommend fluffy puppy for anyone in the market for getting there fluffy puppy groomed here. They definitely know what there doing. Danorris is GREAT at her job as a doggy stylist (please excuse my mispelling I love her ) she knows exactly what my dog needs and shes so gentle. !!!!! read more

I started off getting Goji, my spicy senior Chihuahua baby's, nails trimmed. And both times, they did such a great job! I told them that the last vet I took him to cut his nails a bit too short and there was a little blood. And Fluffy Puppy has been so mindful of that and Goji never had this problem with them. This morning, I took Goji for his first bath, ear cleaning, etc with them and I'm SO HAPPY that I did! Christina handled him so well and said he was a good boy! I was shocked. He came out looking fresh, smelling good, happy, along with a cute Fluffy Puppy dog bandana. It's so hard for me to trust anyone with Goji, but Fluffy Puppy has proved themselves time and again that they are so careful and good at what they do! Thanks to all! read more

Be careful bringing your dog to this place. I've taken my dog to this location twice. This second time I went they cut my dog on his scrotum. My dog is neutered, but they somehow cut him there. On top of that the haircut they gave him was uneven around the head and the back legs. Other places I've taken my dog to usually have a 3 hour process to bathe and give him a haircut, this place did it in about 2 hours. That should've been my first red flag. It was just too fast of a process especially since the first time I took him it took more than 3 hours and it was for a bath only. Don't trust the 5-star reviews they have on here. The first time I took my dog there they gave me a card asking that I leave them a review and I would get a discount the next time. read more

So far so good! The most patient groomer that I've been to so far as my little Maltese is 15 yrs old and at times grumpy. So far they are the most patient & gentle with my small size dog and I've been highly satisfied with their service. read more

If you are looking for a fantastic place to get your pets groomed, then Fluffy Puppy is that place. Danera, I hope I spelled her name correctly! She's the best!!! She's very good at her craft. This place is caring and they do a great job. The prices are reasonable and your pet comes back super, clean, cut and smells so good, with a cute bow or tie. I wish I came here in the beginning for all my dogs' grooming needs. Gabby and Jonathan are the best, Gabby takes her time with my dog Milo and he loves her! Usually he gets very scared, but he trusts Gabby. For Shih Tzu owners, they do a lot of Shih Tzu here! The facility is kept very clean, staff are always friendly with a smile. Our dogs get complimented how groomed they look and we say we trust our dogs at Fluffy puppy. Great place, great service! read more

OMG, we have found our forever Groomer. This place was recommended by someone I know and I am so glad she let us know about this spot. Normally take my due baby to Per Smart, or Pet Co. Whelp, no more. Ana hooked our baby up. I have never been so please with our fur baby's cut, etc. She did absolutely everything. I literally could look and see that my due baby's teeth were cleaned. Dear Fluffy Puppy, My human has taken a long time to write a review so I decided to write one myself knowing what my human really wants to say. We have gone to many different groomers before and they have all done a good job. But ever since we stumbled into Fluffy Puppy a few years ago, there's a reason why we haven't gone anywhere else since. First of all, you homosapiens at Fluffy Puppy are extremely nice and caring and most of all gentle, something us 9lb Shih Tzus appreciate very much. Also, you are communicative and attentive as to what we want as well as offering suggestions to enhance the experience. For instance, remember the time I came in and you told me that I could probably have my ears trimmed a little more to bring out a cleaner, more puppy look? Well that cut is my official go to every time I come now thanks to that suggestion. Although anybody reading my review will find all the groomers fantastic, my favorite is Kyle. Kyle has always been amazing because he is professional, extremely nice but very talented. My human is very happy knowing I'm in good hands since we always request Kyle and Kyle knows how to make me look good (I've attached my headshot for you all to witness). Due to my dashing looks and exquisite charm, I have never paid for a single thing in my life and never will. But my human tells me the prices at Fluffy Puppy are extremely fair considering the great job they do and the end result. Just want to say thank you Kyle and everyone at Fluffy Puppy for the great job they do and I look forward to seeing you all again before my next shoot. Don't forget to tip your groomers! I've been coming to this place for years! I drive all the way from Chino Hills just to go to this place. They always give my doggos the best service! My dog is usually a very difficult and anxious dog around getting groomed, but once we had Kyle service our dog, we have never been to another grooming place ever! Everywhere I go, my doggo always gets compliments! She's always so shiny and polished when she comes out of the shop & she stays clean for weeks! Nice cut nails, super good smelling shampoo, and no more shedding! Great pricing & above and beyond customer service, definitely the best grooming place in all of SGV!! Tip -- call in advance for an appointment, they have so many happy customers it's hard to get walk-ins! read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! We took our dog Charlie in yesterday for a summer cut. He looked fine when we picked him up except the groomer said they scuffed his nail but "he'll be fine." Well as soon as he got home our poor dog started bleeding not only from that nail from different places!!! We were mortified to see him bleeding at both tips of his ears, literally flesh showing. He was extremely uncomfortable & has been since. My husband and I are extremely upset that what was supposed to be a fresh start/summer cut for our dog ended up in such a traumatizing experience for him. We will never ever again be coming back!! read more

Fluffy puppy for the win! Great service with great pricing. Angel was very professional and friendly making you feel at ease leaving your dogs there. Our dogs came back cleaner then ever. Thank you so much to the amazing staff for giving our newly adopted Yorkie some much-needed TLC. He looks so cute and smells good! First, they have a website with all the prices (which are very reasonable). I was able to get an appointment the next day. I doubt it's always that easy, but I was grateful since my doggy needed to be groomed badly. Second, I felt comfortable leaving my dog. The staff is so nice and took great care of our dog. Kyle was super sweet and Daniel did such a great job on my doggy's cut. Lastly, my dog was so happy when we picked him up. I knew they took great care of him. Yuzu, my 9 month old Bernedoodle, has very high maintenance curly hair. His hair got pretty matted these past few months and when I took him to my other dog's groomers, they had wanted to give him a summer cut or pretty much shaved (bc brushing it out would take too much time for them). Of course, as a dog owner, you never want to shave your dog! So I wanted to get a second opinion and thankfully, found Fluffy Puppy! I scheduled a consultation with Kyle and he was very informative and knowledgeable. He reassured me that Yuzu's matted hair still had a chance of being brushable and he scheduled 2 separate sessions for us. Also, really kind of him to squeeze us in during the holidays! First session was bath and brush and Kyle took 4 hours to loosen up his hair so he is ready for the haircut in a week. After this session, I can already tell the difference. Second session was his haircut and I met Daniel who was also very kind and informative. Helping me understand their recommended haircut. I left confident that Yuzu will be in great hands! Overall, service was excellent and really happy with my dog's haircut. Now we can maintain his cut moving forward. read more
