THEY CUT MY DOG'S NOSE We took my dog in for a very basic, general cut. She's an extremely well behaved and relaxed dog, and yet we got a call from them saying that they cut her nose because she sneezed. When we came in, they were extremely casual about it, almost as if it is normal and we shouldn't overreact to the fact that we're about to take our dog into the vet because there's blood dripping down here face. They gave us the contact info of a vet that is an hour away from our house, saying that they would see us free of charge if we went in immediately. Naturally, if your dog was wining with pain from her nose being cut open you'd want to take her to the closest vet possible (but I'm sure they didn't want to have to pay for that bill). I understand that honest mistakes happen, but the lack of empathy or even apology that we were given was extremely telling of the people who run this establishment. The reviews were great so I trusted this place, but after cutting hundreds of dogs' hair, it's shocking that they cut my dog because of a simple sneeze. Don't take your pet here. read more

I have always had very good luck with this place! We regularly take our Bernedoodle here and now we are fostering a husky that looked so scraggly before we took her here! I was pleasantly surprised to see how beautiful and majestic they made her look! Also.. this place is very consistent with their prices compared to other places that we have been! Great job this was my first visit at Tiffanys-with my mini Schnauzer, Benny. I've been to several groomers over the years and usually he comes out with inconsistent cut or they forget to clip his nails. Also this is the first time I picked up Benny where I don't hear him barking like crazy, he really seemed happy for the 1st time with the groomer. They were really nice to him on arrival- also the first time I've seen genuine caring attitude towards my dog from the groomer. She came out and talked so sweet with Benny. I could see that she was being sincere and Benny knew he was in good hands. When most dogs don't love to be groomed it can make all the difference if the groomer develops a bond with the dog. This is my favorite pet groomer ive ever visited! Ive been here twice so far and theyre soo friendly and my samoyed always has such a nice experience here. I always call in advance bc i know hes a samo and more time is needed but they always manage to fit me in really quickly. They also have really reasonable prices. When theyre done hes soo white and fluffy and clean again! Idk what they use but his coat is so much softer and smells infinitely better. Absolutely wonderful!! My lab mix is so happy, clean, and beautiful. I asked for more special attention be paid to her nails, as she is an elderly dog and they had gotten pretty long. She hates having them trimmed, and when I picked her up a couple hours later, she was wagging her tail and acted like nothing had happened. Her nails were perfetly trimmed and she looked and smelled wonderful. The bath, and brushing they did is still looking fresh and nice a week later. Thank you so much! We found our groomer! Our senior Samoyed has gone for grooming twice. He can get quite matted, but they always do a wonderful job and he's always happy when he leaves. Prices are reasonable and they are always accommodating with schedules. Will come here for all of my dog's grooming. read more

I've been taking my pup to Tiffany's for two years now, and even though we've moved, we will always come back! They take such great care of my pup, are always so friendly, and really do a great job with all our grooming needs! From knowing how to handle shaving a double coat, to nail trimming, teeth brushing, or anything else, they do great work! The shop is clean, and welcoming, and even has multiple jars of yummy treats on their front counter for all the good pups. Tiffany's prices are very reasonable, which is truly another really great reason we will always come back, when everything else in the world seems to be taking advantage of the rampant inflation. I took my super hairy, shedding dog to Tiffany's because I couldn't handle my dog's shedding anymore! It was unbearable. My dog was super excited and almost a little difficult to handle, but Tiffany was able to take care of her like a pro. Something I learned was that my German Shepard can't have her hair cut because apparently they don't grow back?
