All of the staff were very nice and SUPER talented! They trimmed my cats' nails in almost literally the blink of an eye, way dater faster than their vet had been able to do it, for way less $$$$, AND it was clear that they are generally great at what they do! Even the big and little dogs I saw getting groomed were happy, calm, and compliant. There was NO barking from upset dogs, or loud yowling from pissed off cats.
