We picked the individual service package, which consists of a bath, blow dry, ear cleaning PAD shave and nail cutting/trimming which only costs $20 for a small breed (Chihuahua/Terrier mix) After we came back from less than an hour, our Shoyo was very clean and looked really fresh, much thanks to Patty, as she is very passionate with all pups and has 4 of her own and are well taken care of, as she gives that family feeling with her customers as some of us do treat our doggos like children. Tip: Parking can be quite a hassle when it gets busy on the weekends, so make sure to park near the Salon as it is easily accessible by the entrance to the shops towards the end of the Market. This last grooming will be the last one we do with Samantha because he came back practically bald and looks terrible. In the beginning when she shaved him shorter than we wanted she was apologetic and would say he had a mat or something. This time we just received a bald dog no explanation and it's way too short and not at all what we asked for. We are pretty sure she just finds it easier to shave the dog than to cut him nicely and that's why she prefers it. It's disappointing and we won't be back.

The girls were so sweet and you can tell they truly love dogs and love what they do. Winnie may have been nervous going in, but seemed as happy as can be when I picked her up. Olga did a fine job grooming my two shorthair cats. I scheduled a full grooming (haircut, bath +…read morenails) for both cats. This was my first time taking my cats anywhere to be groomed so, I wasn't sure what to expect, and I chose to wait there during the appointment. I should have initially asked more questions about the appointment timeframes, where the cats wait, and overall wait times, but I was not sure what questions to ask. Good: Their haircuts look good, they received baths, and all of their nails were trimmed. I am pleased with how both of them look and I know they feel better with less fur for the upcoming summer heat. when I arrived I was given a 4 to 5 hour timeframe (from my appointment time was to until they would be done), but Olga was quick, and their grooming appointment only took one and half hours instead. I did wait at the shop, which may have influenced the time. Not-So Good: She did trim their nails, but they were cut entirely too short for cat nails. Both cats were not injured by this, their nails are just too short. The initial wait time was another issue for me. when I arrived I was told it would be about 4 to 5 hours. not only was this a long time, but my cats would have been waiting in their small carriers to be groomed and they were already nervous. I know some wait is inevitable, but I would have preferred a later appointment time if Olga could start their grooming right away. After being told this time, I was surprised when a woman walked in behind me with two cats and the same appointment time as me. That made no sense if there was already a lengthy wait time. Bad: The lack of cleanliness in the shop surprised me a lot. There was a lot of dirt and dust around the waiting area, and an overall unkept state of the shop. This was not a great first grooming impression for me. Overall, this was a fine grooming experience for both me and my cats. The haircuts look good, they received baths, and their nails are cut. Even with the good aspects, I will be grooming my cats at home in the future, due to the wait times and stress involved with today's grooming experience.

Bryan recently started his mobike pet grooming service and I am happy he did. He comes to your home or business and greets you and your pet. He treats them with kindness and respect. He listens to you about how you want your pet groomed and offers suggestions on what may be best for the breed, weather, and/or present circumstances. Bryan keeps notes on each pet. For instance, he knows my dogs anal glands are not located in the normal spot. Yet, he is able to express them quite well since he knows exactly where they are. His mobile shop requires nothing of the owner except the pet. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, inside this shop. It has water, electricity, and a/c or heat. He takes his time with each pet.
