Apparently Rita is on my way to my mothers to drop my dogs off. My dogs have zero symptoms of kennel cough over the last 7 days. What a waste of time and resources. I'm sorry Rita that this Summer you lost 60% of your clients due to kennel cough- but this is not my problem and my dogs are fine. Also- thanks for putting a huge dent in my vacation and again wasting my time.

She has a penchant for imbibing "spirits" during the day (look in the refrigerator), and treats the dogs very poorly while there. She doesn't want to dull the blades on the clippers, so she bathes matted dogs, and then has others try to get the snarls and tangles out after they are set in. It's excruciating for some of the dogs. She is very rough with the dogs she grooms, and frequently loses her temper with them. The daycare area is seldom cleaned up, and if older dogs are there, they are left at the mercy of other dogs pestering them and are kept on the cold concrete (no toys or blankets) and not separated into any special place. Dogs that stay over don't get clean bedding, (if they even have bedding), even though she says they do. When she goes off to dog shows, the dogs have been left without food, and the 'help" has had to buy food for the dogs with their own money. It is not a place I would ever keep my dogs at, knowingly, without staying with them and certainly can't recommend for anyone who has an older dog for them to stay there. Also, even the younger dogs have no supervision and in the play area are allowed to pick on each other. Don't be deceived by her charm in the front greeting area! Take your dogs elsewhere!
