My wife and I have enjoyed 10 dogs over the last 55 years and used vets in 4 different states. But this is the first time we've felt compelled to change vets due to a lack of confidence. We had 4 pets with them (only 2 now) and most times when we've brought our pets in for simple issues like ear infections or allergies, it takes multiple visits and/or processes to resolve their problems and some occasions never resolving the problem. I completely understand that some issues actually do take some follow up action and I've never balked at paying whatever it takes to keeps my pets healthy. But this practice never seems to be able to fix a problem on the first visit and after so many times it gets to feeling as though it's deliberate. Beware of this practice!
