The updates she sent were wonderful, thorough notes about potty breaks, playtime, naps, and even how the cats got involved with the rope toy. She captured adorable photos of each of them that gave us so much peace of mind while we were away. Her shop is located inside the Pet Supplies Plus location, which is great because I can always pick up what I need in addition. Her prices are real reasonable and I have been pleased with her services. Since she is the only groomer, her slots tend to fill up fast, so I recommend booking in advance. Unless there's a cancellation I have always had to book two weeks or more in advance. She does only take cash or check, which is a slight bit of an inconvenience, but not a big deal. Overall, a great place to take your dog.

She has a penchant for imbibing "spirits" during the day (look in the refrigerator), and treats the dogs very poorly while there. She doesn't want to dull the blades on the clippers, so she bathes matted dogs, and then has others try to get the snarls and tangles out after they are set in. It's excruciating for some of the dogs. She is very rough with the dogs she grooms, and frequently loses her temper with them. The daycare area is seldom cleaned up, and if older dogs are there, they are left at the mercy of other dogs pestering them and are kept on the cold concrete (no toys or blankets) and not separated into any special place. Dogs that stay over don't get clean bedding, (if they even have bedding), even though she says they do. When she goes off to dog shows, the dogs have been left without food, and the 'help" has had to buy food for the dogs with their own money. It is not a place I would ever keep my dogs at, knowingly, without staying with them and certainly can't recommend for anyone who has an older dog for them to stay there. Also, even the younger dogs have no supervision and in the play area are allowed to pick on each other. Don't be deceived by her charm in the front greeting area! Take your dogs elsewhere!
