I was able to get an appointment the next week. The ladies did an amazing job ! Amazing ! Grooming a wiggly 6 pound dog is not an easy task !! How they were able to clip her nails is beyond me. Other grooming businesses lightly file my dog's nails (even when I add nail clipping to my dog's grooming service), leaving a task for me to do at home. I was delighted that Uncle Nick's did a complete grooming ! Uncle Nick's is a very clean and safe environment for multiple dogs "in the house". We hadn't taken them to the vet in several years because they are strictly indoor cats and were doing well. But now that they're older and one of them is seriously slowing down, we knew it was time to have them looked at. Our vet, Dr. Rachel, was very gentle and kind, answered all our questions, we never felt rushed at all. She presented a list of tests and their costs (less expensive than we anticipated!), and did not try to "sell" or pressure us into additional tests. It was very collaborative.

They were ready for us when I pulled up and worked like a well-oiled machine. The office is small but they have a good system going where you check in from the car and then they tell you when to come in (which is usually right away). Office/rooms are always clean. They seem to be a little on the pricey side but that could very well be attributed to the level of care they provide AND the fact that they are well staffed and always have appointment availability, which is so rare these days.

After 3 days of that exam she stopped by the house to see her. She was so considerate, Thank you Dr DeJong! That was my last dog that we had to say goodbye to this last March. We now have a new puppy and a new Dr, Dr Taylor who must have bought the business she was pleasant and did not push products on us. She was honest. I want to continue my relationship with her for our puppy but just don't know her very well yet. Any input regarding her, Dr Taylor would be greatly appreciated.
