These guys are family. I have bringing my dog Nora to Wag 'n Woofs since I rescued her almost 5 years ago. They have been absolutely amazing. I really appreciate that this is a family-owned small business and not a large chain like a number of the other local doggy daycare/boarding facilities. They get to know all of the pups super well. They are really "blossomed" the past year and a half in terms of offering tons of fun theme days where you can get photos of your dog dressed up and participating in activities (bunny ear photos and Easter egg hunt for Easter!) They also post fun updates to social media and have tons of cameras so you can check in on your pup throughout the day if you choose. They have helped me out soooo many times including when I have been running late for the pick-up or reaching out for a late reservation or an add-on service. The ability to be able to have Nora get groomed, nails clipped, and her anal glands expressed all during a regular day at daycare is amazing and so convenient. When we moved just over a year ago, we literally made sure to keep in mind the distance between us and Wag 'n Woofs because bringing her elsewhere was not an option. Our pup for the most part loves visiting Wag 'n Woofs for daycare. There are some workers he likes more than others. As a pet parent I love that there is a webcam to watch the dogs. It's fun to see all the pups play throughout the day. The camera is also how I know my dog likes some workers more than others and when he is (or is not) having a good time. With any doggy daycare sickness tends to travel around and my dog has fallen sick from daycare before. Something to be aware of. Overall a good daycare for your pet. read more

Our pup loves wags n woofs! We have done puppy training here, and after doing it he was perfectly on his way to being a well socialized dog. We have also done both daycare and grooming. Daycare was well priced and he was pooped by the end of it. You can also keep an eye on your dog via their cameras. Grooming was also in line with competitors pricing and we received a floofy good smelling dog. read more

We started using wag n woofs about a month ago for our new puppy. They have been amazing and made my life so much easier in many ways! First, after only a few visits they all know our puppy by name. It shows they care about each pup. Second, our dog loves going. She drags us in each time we take her, even on consecutive days. Third, our puppy is exhausted when we bring her home (which gives us a little down time). Working from home - being able to use WnW a few days a week has been a huge help to me and knowing our puppy loves it makes me feel good about leaving her in their wonderful care. read more

They know his name the moment he walks in, even when he hadn't been in daycare in a month! This place is so great and such a life saver for our extremely busy days. They're always so quick about drop offs and pick ups and the best part is that you can watch them on their Nest camera. We are very sad that we have had to leave Wag'n Woofs. We hope it is temporary. We love the personal attention they gave to our dog, their business and staff that for sure love animals. They just couldn't accommodate our needs due to COVID with being closed on the weekends. We wish them well and hope to see them in the near future. It's just a fantastic place for dogs. We bring our dachshund and beagle there twice a week. The beagle is a puppy so the individualized classes, play and positive reinforcement has really sped up his training. We can't say enough good things about them. They just love dogs. They are doing their dream job and it absolutely shows. They went out of their way to bring us our dog for a wedding photo shoot, groomed him and then boarded him again. Amazing service. The best part though? The owners take pictures of the dogs playing outside all day. It's like professional pet photography that they post on Facebook. It seems minor, but it's hilarious and fun to see what your dog was up to. They have like, kids jungle gyms and playskool things for the dogs. Hilarity often ensues about 7pm when we check. We make the trek from Minneapolis because the service is that good. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Wag N Woofs. They have been an absolute lifesaver for daycare with my puppy. As things closed for COVID-19, they remained open and exercise an abundance of caution to ensure dogs can be dropped off and picked up with no caution. I had gotten my puppy before the pandemic but once the pandemic was in full swing, I didn't have options to socialize my puppy any more. However, I found Wag N Woofs and not only is Harper more than excited every time she gets out of the car to go inside, but I can also watch her playing on their webcams interacting with all dogs and getting monitored to ensure play doesn't get out of hand. read more

My wife and I usually board our dog at another location in Bloomington, but after seeing a deal on Amazon Local, we figured to give these guys a shot. Once we got there, we realized we had bought coupons for daycare rather than overnight (which is what we wanted), but they were more than happy to accomodate us and keep our pup there. Everyone I have talked to has been very nice and professional, and no other boarding location can hold a candle to their flexibility. read more

I've been taking my dogs to Wag 'n Woofs for over two years now. I feel like Ryan, Ashley, Jen and the other people who care for my pets are family at this point. I take my two dogs to day care about two times a week (more when it is below zero) and I have also boarded them whenever I leave town. Packages are available when you buy five, ten, or more days. I also buy my dog food there and save a trip to the big box stores. It is fun to watch your pets on the remote cameras. I take obedience classes there as well. The instructors are all certified as you can see from the posted certificates. I highly recommend them. Maybe our dogs will play together someday read more

We have boarded our dog at Wag N Woofs three times this year - I've been very happy every time. My dog pulls to get inside and he sleeps all day when I get him home. I can't ask for more than that. We recently boarded him for Memorial Day weekend. I had just dropped him off when a staff member called me to say that my dog had some blood in his urine. The Wag N Woofs team worked with our vet to get a sample of my dog's urine tested, plus they went back to the vet's office to pick up special food and antibiotics to treat his urinary tract infection. I can't say enough positive things about Wag 'n Woofs. I had never used a doggy daycare before, but my mini Aussie puppy was a bit shy around other dogs when I first brought her at 12 weeks. There has been such a transformation in her confidence level since then, and I attribute much of that to her experiences here! I look to my dogs to see how well the daycare is and it's evident that they love going to Wag n' Woofs. I rescued a Great Dane with people trust issues (especially men) and I was surprised and pleased to see her quickly become comfortable with Ryan (and Ashley). She loves them!! My second dog came from Ashley and Ryan (they were fostering him and I fell in love) and he was, and continues to be, very well balanced. The Wag n' Woofs team obviously cares about the dogs and they provide an environment with direction and leadership that keeps the dogs well balanced and healthy. My pups wiggle uncontrollably with excitement and practically bust down the Wag 'n Woofs front door when we arrive in the morning and come home very tired and happy. My dog, Sam and I are in our second training class with Ashley and I really like her method of training. She keeps her classes relatively small (I've taken training at other places where there are 25 dogs in one class -- too many!!), giving her the ability to focus and help each person. I have yet to use their overnight services, but I would trust them with my dogs any time. read more

LOVE Wag 'n Woofs! They truly get to know not only your dog, but you; you're never treated as "just another customer" - you're treated with just the best service every time. They always give you feedback as to how your dog is doing and behaving, which is HUGE to me. Same goes for if your dog seems "off" to them, so you're always aware of potential behavioral or medical issues. My rescue boxer is a big trouble-maker, and it is just amazing the difference a full day of daycare makes to his behavior. Plus, he LOVES Ashley and Ryan, which obviously helps! We're taking the beginner-level training class there, too...which is great! There is lots of one-on-one time and Ashley always has lots of tips and advice when we seem to be stuck on a new command or trick. I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

We were so disappointed in this facility :( We have a big 110 lb, 1.5 year old dog who is the sweetest boy. We previously brought him to Canine Club for daycare since he was a little pup and had NO problems. First time bringing him to this facility we received a voicemail from a staff member stating our dog was having "too much fun, and creating tension on the floor" and had "humped" another dog. The lady said to call back to discuss this behavior. I tried calling back over the next hour and no one would answer. My husband and I noticed our dog was not on the live camera anymore. I ended up picking up my dog because no one would answer the phone and I did not know what was going on. I arrive at the facility and my dog was not playing with the other dogs, as I would expect paying for a daycare center, but in a kennel by himself. I just want others to have a heads up what they might be getting themselves into! The location is not good as well. At the end of a business building. Not much outside space. I would choose another option for daycare for your pup! read more

I can't say enough good things about Wag n Woofs and the owners Ashley and Ryan. We have a very high energy puppy who was driving us nuts. Doggie daycare is one way to tire her out -- and allow her to socialize with other dogs. We started there for daycare as a way to help curb our dog's energy. We've since also used Wag n Woofs for boarding and have done two training classes. I'm always impressed with how much they love dogs and how happy our dog is there. I would not trust anyone else to board her. I think I've learned as much in our training classes as she has. I'd give them ten stars if I could. read more

I miss these guys! This was the place my rescue dog Otto learned how to play and socialize with other dogs. They always had a report for me of how he was doing and what dogs he was playing with. The pictures on Facebook were a fun extra and we took a couple training classes in the evening. We eventually switched to a more corporate daycare that was closer to my work, but we had such a great experience I would highly recommend them to anyone. read more

I have only used them for daycare services. My year old puppy goes every week. She's excited to go and play and when I pick her up she's exhausted! She always smells good-never doggie or chemical or bleach smelling. I've never found a scratch or wound on her. The best part is that I get to watch her have fun and play on their webcams! I did have an unfortunate experience with the owner's and considered bringing her elsewhere. I started reviewing other daycares and what I found was appalling. I'm pretty overbearing as she is the love of my life and I take her everywhere, so I really have to trust the place. I can tell you this is the BEST place to take your baby! read more
