The girl on the phone was extremely rude and short tempered, basically accused me of lying and said either keep Wednesday or cancel and didn't ever apologize or seem concerned about loss of business, time, etc. if you don't value my business, then you won't get my business. This is why phone etiquette is important, because my dog and I always enjoyed going here before this situation was handled so poorly. I'd rather pay more to be treated respectfully (not that they were inexpensive by any means).

I gave instructions on how I wanted her groomed, everyone petted her and all seemed well. I picked her up, the groom was not how I wanted, her coat was uneven and choppy. that afternoon into evening she was not her usual happy self. she was sullen and withdrawn. I've had to fix the mess the groomer left. I am very disappointed with Sophie's treatment and will never go back.
