Had to open paypal dispute after phoning 3 times & being ignored. Idiot only refunded 1 item via PayPal and not the whole amount owed and now I can't dispute it! Managers very rude, abusive & knows some fowl colourful language. Avoid this company.

I visited the shop back in January, I couldnt believe how badly the fish and pet sections had…read moredeteriorated. The main concern was the artic conditions in both areas. A dog bed I picked up felt wet from the cold and damp. It was actually warmer stepping outside. I had to cover my face because the damp smell was so strong. I felt so sorry for the animals having to stay in those conditions. I could only tolerate 5 mins. What a shame I used to enjoy visiting there.
