So filled out at lvvs to go through one of their options. 1st. On the scheduled day payment was never pulled from my bank. Checked numerous times through my bank and it was never seen 2nd. When talking to the "office manager" the price mysteriously went down and I was told that the payment was sent back as insufficient funds.I should also state this was after the "wonderful letter" my wife signed for when I was in the hospital after suffering from a heart attack followed by a minor stroke during which I lost my phone and wallet somewhere. So trying to get a working phone and my cards back they keep trying for their payment. Office manager is NOT helpful. My new cards are in the mail and I get told to just find away to get them their money.

Dr. Krebs was absolutely fantastic. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond to soothe both my anxiety and Bean's. The vet techs are equally as wonderful and the office staff is so pleasant. I really like that the cat vet is separate; most places I've been to they are not separate and it adds more stress on kitties. You can tell they care about animals and put thought into every level of comfort. I very much appreciate LVVS as do Bambino and Shiro!

However, I didn't realize until I got the dog in the car how badly his grooming looked. He has some patches of hair that are longer than others. In particular on his rear back area above right back leg. Also, his ears were cut all choppy instead of leaving the hair one length and just trimming the ends. He also has a tuft of hair on top of his head that is longer. I will have to fix this up myself. I don't know if this was done because of my last review or just the groomer having a bad day. I hope this is not done to my poor little puppy again. I hate to put him through the process of grooming and then have to go through it again when I get him home.

They provided shampoo and conditioner, apron, brushes, treats, towels, cologne, and leash loops on the floor and in the tub. There was also a big dryer with multiple attachments. The front desk employee was friendly and enthusiastic about showing me how to use everything. This was $15 per 20-min slot. I ended up paying $45 for an hour and a half (it took me 1 hr to blow dry my doodle). It was my first time ever grooming the pup on my own as a doodle can be very labor intensive, but Sit Pretty made it very easy for me to do it and helped me out every time I had a question.

My sister's goofy Golden Retriever Bess enjoyed her time in the country like only she could! She ran off one morning only to return absolutely covered in mud with a good deal of prickly vegetation tangled in her long coat. She also smelled like she rolled around with a dead animal which is actually one of her favorite past times and was crawling with nasty ticks. I tried to help her as much as I possibly could,but after a few minutes,it was clear I needed help from a professional. So, I used my phone to locate the nearest groomer and really lucked out finding this place. They were busy,but agreed to help me on very short notice. Bess took to these people right away and emerged squeaky clean,smelling good with no ticks or prickly things in her fur.
