Had to take one of the two dogs back in due to them not cutting all her nails especially the dewclaws. Cut hair and ears uneven. Scratching non stop due to the shampoo they used. ***STAY AWAY*** Both of my dogs came home from a grooming appointment shaken and anxious -- behavior that is completely out of character for them. Something clearly happened at this facility to make them that distressed. I called multiple times for updates and was never called back. I decided to show up as we live close to this location and the young lady who was monitoring the front desk was scrolling on her personal phone. Unacceptable customer service. When picking up the dogs they clearly did not listen to any sort of grooming instructions I had given. You would imagine they would know how to groom popular dogs breeds at this point but that is NOT the case. To make matters worse, they developed upper respiratory infections shortly after. The only exposure they had was at this facility. That says a lot about the lack of sanitation and care being provided. Between the poor handling, the questionable conditions, and the fact that my dogs are left sick, I cannot recommend this place to anyone who values their pets' well-being. I brought my 4 1/2 month old puppy in for the initial puppy grooming not expecting to find him upon pick up completely shaved down to the skin! The most frustrating part is the lack of customer service to answer the phone and return voicemail when leaving a message. My husband picked up our Golden Retriever after a bath and trim. He certainly wasn't trimmed but hacked up. His mane looks awful, his ears are a mess and they cut off his fringe. We have been taking our dogs here for years and this is the worst. We won't b back after this experience. read more

This is a very busy place! After researching a number of groomers, I stopped by to check out Dogs with Style. Clean facility and very friendly staff. Plan to book your appointment a couple of weeks out! My teacup Yorkie looked great after his appointment, and he wasn't freaked out, either. The groomer was very knowledgeable took time to listen to my concerns, and gave Neeko a cut that I loved and reflected her understanding of the breed. I will definitely be back!! read more

Dogs with Style used to be a marvelous place when Suzanne owned it. Kind, considerate, and treated the animals as if they were her own. Never had a bad grooming session there until this past year. Every time I take my dog in, either she is not cut short enough, eyebrows too long, but the worst is the last two times, my dog has come home hurt. The second to the last time, she came home with 2 razors burns on her. One on the side of her face and the other on her tushie. I called and asked that they be more careful next time and that she has sensitive skin and they need extra care. The gentleman said I will let the groomer know. I just took her on Friday, I gave the groomer specific instructions, use a sensitive shampoo, please use new blades on the clippers, don't let them get too hot, and don't go over one are too many times. I said she came home with razor burns last time. Fridays appt. they hand the dog to me and I take her home. The night and the next day scratching, scratching, scratching, pus coming out of her eye, and I pet her under her chin and a quarter size razor burn is there - really? Did I not just give you explicit instructions on the grooming of my dog? I am just so upset as to why this happened. I am trying to find a new groomer that knows how to deal with energetic schnauzers and can do the cut without injury. Unfortunately, those that know are not taking new grooming appts, or are booked up 8-10 weeks out. Not happy with the service and will not be returning. read more

They are priced fair, and I always have them brush my dogs teeth in addition to her cute cut. She loves it there and they always put an adorable hair accessory in Roxy leaves Dogs With Style with a pip in her step - she KNOWS she's cute when she leaves! read more

I could not be happier with Dogs With Style! We've been to 3 groomers now and they were, by far, the best. My husband's aunt brings her two dogs here and they were also highly recommended by our vet, The Veterinary Center of Hudson. They are quite booked up but I happened to snag a cancellation so I got in within a week. I have a VERY furry Australian Shepherd. They gave him the cutest cut. He smells great and his fur is soft. I made an appointment to return in two months. My dog seems to like the place too! read more

He looked great, the salon is clean, has no dog odor and the staff is very friendly. The cost for the cut was actually cheaper than any other place I've taken him to. Sue does a fantastic job, every time and I'm so happy we found her. The shop is clean and they take very good care of the dogs. I trust sue and her staff completely with my babies. I have been going to Sue for at least 20+ years - started when she was working out of Hudson. She has groomed many of our furry friends-Tibetan Terrier, Goldens, and Poodles. Every single grooming was done to perfection and the dogs came out knowing that they had just had the best overall experience. Currently our Golden gets a "puppy cut" which keeps the shedding to a minimum. He looks so cute and she knows exactly how far to take him down so he does not come out looking scalped! Thank God we have her so we do not have to worry about our animals being sedated or cut! She is wonderful and so is her staff and shop, which is immaculate. read more

We started taking Vito, our Basset Hound, to Dogs With Style when they were still in Twinsburg. He LOVES it there and they do a fantastic job with cleaning his ears during his bath and grinding his nails down for us. Salon is clean and staff is very friendly! Just added another four-legged member to our family and I've already booked his first grooming appointment since they book up so quickly, especially for Saturdays.
