We will not be returning, would not recommend. Based on the check out experience and inferring this breed is not welcome that is why we said overpriced. The staff is always so welcoming and friendly, and I have greatly appreciated them meeting me at my car on days when they're not super busy to grab the pup(s). They have webcams if you like to keep an eye on your pupper during the day, and their online booking system is super easy and efficient. When issues come up (not eating for a few meals, etc), they're proactive in letting you know something might be up with your dog and including possible solutions. One of the very best parts is that Fitz always smells clean when we pick him up - we've taken him places before and he would come home smelling like dog. I can't recommend Yardstick enough!

We had a great tour and were very upfront that he is unaltered because of this and our vets concerns that it would make his anxiety worse. So we have been going regularly to get his medication balanced to get him is a better place to be neutered. During the tour we were told, that was ok and they would simply restrict his group play to other little boys. While I understand why they would wish for dogs to be fixed, I hardly see the concern when the dogs are spending the night isolated alone in a suite. So long story short, call and get verified information from a manager before you go tour, and waste time doing the registration process.

The groomers did a great job, and both of the dogs were done within three hours. Both of the ladies I spoke to at the front desk were super helpful and assisted me with making my next appointment for 8 weeks out. They only do baths on the weekends, no full haircuts which is good to know if you work during the week so you can plan ahead. I love how they are able to text you during the day to ask preferences on haircuts and keep you updated on things. The inside of the lobby had tons of bagged treats, baked treats, toys, grooming things, and different food for the dogs. It was like a fun little shop for your pup. I had to pick out a treat for each of mine after getting their haircuts! They also do daycare and boarding, I spoke with a gentleman in the lobby because he is a frequent customer for boarding and he said he has no complaints as he travels often for work and his pup loves it there. I will be keeping them in mind next time I leave town and need to board them. So far so good from my family!
