It was so easy to arrange an appointment with them and they were ready to see my bunny right on time. The room we were in was decorated with small animal equipment and education pieces, which gave me more confidence that they prioritized their small animals just as much as dogs and cats We had Dr Tamara who was amazing with my bunny. My senior bunny was a bit shy and she was so patient and gentle with him. She chatted with me while she let my bunny warm up to the surroundings and gently coaxed him out to let her check his teeth and mouth. She weighed him and took a look at his ears too. She also took the time to listen to my concerns and recent observations, and addressed each item one by one. I felt so comforted that she didn't rush through the conversation at all, and took each observation seriously. We got him a blood test and I was prescribed some ointment for his dry ears. They also trimmed his nails, which is something they do with the check ups. She was very upfront about the costs of everything so I could decide if I can afford to move ahead. I appreciate that because many times, you can be blindsighted by a clinic. It does cost a lot to care for our pets. With it being a few days to Christmas, I didn't expect them to get the blood work results back until the new year. But on Christmas Eve, I got a call from Dr. Sugi who had reviewed the bloodwork results and even took the time to compare it with his past health history (which they obtained from my previous vet). She went over everything with me very patiently and gave me comparisons to help me understand where we were at. She was incredible and I love that she took the time to understand his usual diet more so she can provide any insight/ tips on nutrition that can support his conditions. Over all, I felt like they were incredibly attentive to my senior bunny. They went through every detail and made us feel so comfortable. I never felt rushed and I felt very very welcomed to contact them if I had any follow up questions. I appreciate their high high standard of care and I'm so glad I've found another fantastic vet for bunnies. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough about Angel Kerr Dog Training. (They also do boarding with certain restrictions…read morein terms of size) We've been working with Angel since our Beta (yellow lab) was about 4 months (she'll be a year this month) and they have been awesome. Most of the training happens in our backyard or in the community (for distraction purposes). Beta just LOVES the Angel crew and she also does 2x a week on the adventure walks where she's picked up with the pack and they're gone anywhere between 1 1/2 hours to 3 hours (depending on weather, pickups etc). She graduated today and will now move into their advanced fundamentals but I really just wanted to give a review of small business making it happen in the community. Huge Value and so worth it!

We had been boarding Babou and Zazou at Pet Smart when we went away, and it was okay, but we always…read morejoked that they were effectively boarded together in a kitchen cabinet: two shelves and a litter box. We weren't unhappy, but Zazou came home with some kind of an upset stomach the last time, so we looked for somewhere else. We found Priority Pets on Google and they were boarded together in a whole room with toys, multiple litter trays, a double bed, a cat tree that had a view out the window and plenty of space. We were given the option to keep them private or give them the run of the house with other cats and even more things to do and explore. The host (Michelle) was very nice, obviously loved cats, took time to give them attention and kept us up to date with photos and videos. Pickup, drop off, making a change, registering and paying were a breeze. It was obviously a much better experience for the cats, and much easier for us. We will always board them with Priority Pets in the future and would recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic service. We recently were away on vacation and needed someone to watch our pets. Not an…read moreeasy task with three cats and two rabbits. Two of the three cats are diabetic and need insulin, one of the rabbits is blind. The service was very professional. Came by the house, did a tour, met the pets, took notes and provided a quote. The service is fully bonded and insured. We provided house keys, security access. They came in twice a day, fed the animals, game them their shots, kept the house clean, took out the garbage, got the mail, sent us status and progress emails daily, played with the pets, took care of unexpected pet 'accidents' and so much more. I can't say enough how great this service was. They were extremely reliable and allowed us to enjoy our vacation knowing our house and pets were well taken care of.

Becca & Rob are true animal lovers and are patient and loving with their client's pets. The pets are not boarded, instead they live and sleep amongst the family as if they were their own.
