DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE. It's taken me over a year to write this review, but I feel a responsibility to warn others. My first visit to this groomer with my dog seemed fine--she came home happy from a basic de-shedding appointment. But within 24 hours, everything changed. What should have been a routine grooming led to a nightmare: my dog developed post-grooming furunculosis, a severe bacterial infection that entered through her hair follicles and began eating away the skin on her back. Despite aggressive treatment and over $18,000 in vet bills, I had to say goodbye to my best friend just two days ago. This wasn't just bad luck--it was preventable. I reached out to the groomer multiple times to ask what products were used so my vet could understand what happened. I was ignored. The lack of accountability and transparency has been infuriating and heartbreaking. The trauma, pain, and grief my dog, myself, and my family have endured over the past year are beyond words. I feel robbed of the years we still should have had together. She was 65 lbs healthy and only 38 lbs by the end. The stress and pain she went through here sparked the end of it all. She came back confused, stressed... not wanting to eat, walk, play, or do anything. Please don't risk your pet's life. What happened to us started with one simple appointment. If I could give this groomers a 0 star I would. The worst groomers I have ever taken my dog to. I asked for a sanitary trim and the groomer completely shaved my dogs bum and now it's very irritated. This is not how you do a sanitary trim. I also asked for a face trim and it looks like a child cut it, his whole face is now uneven. The staff here do not care about your pets or their clients. Very unprofessional and inexperienced staff. It's not safe to bring your pets here. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! read more

This place should not be in business . Previous management had variety of food with a food purchase award program. They had new clothing which I purchased as new season started. This new management no longer Has food and when I ask the new owner she conformed they don't want to sell food. WHY??? Their clothing is the same as what was there with the previous owners and no new attire. I guess they won't be getting new clothing either. They clipped my dogs nails and I swear they didn't grind them but I can't confirm cause we're not allowed in the back STAY AWAY.. THEY DONT CARE FOR YOUR DOG and wouldn't doubt if they close their doors within the next 6 months. read more

Sara has the magic touch with my dog. She always takes the time to cut my dog's nails, even though we never have an appointment. My dog is so difficult some places will not even cut her nails, but The Puppy's Place is by far the best for my scared girl. read more

Not impressed at all. Made an appointment for a grooming for my dog, only to arrive and find that they had no record of the appointment. When I told him that I had spoken to Andrea, his wife, and had a lengthy conversation about what I wanted done, he said I must have been mistaken. I then said that I had to call back to confirm the appointment because I was not sure if I had to work, and she confirmed my phone number and the time. When I asked to speak to her, she was grooming another dog, same breed, and similar name to my dog, that had an appointment at the same time as I had. He was rude, and implied that I had not made an appointment. He did offer to make an appointment for the next week, but I declined. Did not like that they sell puppies kept in small window boxes, sketchy on where they are from. read more

I am so happy I have finally found a groomer that does such a great job. My shih Tzu was a little matted on our first visit, and The Puppy's Place took great care of Coco and she looked great when I picked her up. Since then I have taken her regularly to The Puppy's Place. I have never been disappointed, love her grooming each and every time. This is now my one and only groomer...I trust their judgment with Coco...along with great service...very accommodating....very friendly. went to the puppy place on Aug. 13 to have my toy poodles nails clipped, walked into this business and some people were in there purchasing a bull terrier who was roaming around the store not on a leash...waited our turn and looked around and the bull terrier attacked my toy poodle, pinned her to the floor had its mouth around her side and it was all i could do to fend this dog away...growling, barking and attacking, purchaser was laughing and store clerk did nothing...if these people are selling puppies they need to be on a leash as the same as customers coming in have to have there dogs on a leash....clerk comment was we will be 10 more min. before we can groom her...you got to be kidding was my reply...you are selling these people a dog that obviously attacked my dog and hopefully it would not do this to another dog or a child ....it needs to be leashed when in any pet store...after sending 2 emails to the company...they as of yet have not even said sry or replied to my emails...I would certainly think twice before entering this place of business again let alone purchasing a dog from them.....my question is where are these dogs coming from a puppy mill as this thing was very aggressive and strong for a pup.
