They welcomed Rocko with caress making him feel comfortable as well as myself. They took their time to learn about his personality and routine. There was positive energy throughout the facility, which was spotless and smelled amazing. I appreciate the pictures and the report card that was given to me at pickup. When they were bringing Rocko to me he wanted to go back and play which said it all that he had a blast! When he got to the truck he was happy and tired which was a good thing, he slept all night. My dog is very friendly and cooperative and she enjoyed being groomed and does not give any issues. My dog is now traumatized. This lady is very disorganized and clearly cuts corners to provide their business quantity over quality. I am all for supporting local businesses but you are better off taking you fur baby to petsmart or petco. They charged $140 and disregarded my request for a slight trim and gave my dog bold spots and were very negligent. I will never bring any of my dogs here again.

I ended up trying to give my dogs haircuts and baths myself until I found A-1. I called in January and they got me an appointment for the following week. Since then, my dogs have seen Star monthly. I was told that the USDA who would endorse the document takes it's good old time but when they finally got to my certificate mistakes had been made, the USDA sent it back to the vet, granted she send it right back but they never endorsed the document in time for to make my flight. For the life of it can I not understand that these documents are not being checked and rechecked to make sure everything is 100% correct. The answer I got when I called was 'im only human'. I am stressed beyond belief, I now have to rebook my flight to Germany which will add another $700 to an already expensive trip, my whole family in Germany is up in arm trying to reorganize a pick up. This is unbelievable and if you ever want to travel with your animal I suggest you look for somebody else. I didn't even get an apology.
