She tells me the first cleaning is way more expensive than subsequent cleaning and begins to let me know add-ons such as tidying up/organizing is extra. I bite my tongue and agree. She tells me she will meet me at a specific time and I agree. The day of the cleaning comes and the morning of she begins to tell me she will be a little late like an hour. Again, I give her some grace and tell her it is fine as I have taken some time off from work in preparation for the cleaning. She ends up being 2 hours late but that is not the most shocking moment of this severely bizarre and unprofessional service. She shows up to my door two hours late. Takes one look at me in disgust as if she has never seen a black person before. I show her around the house. She then proceeds to lie and say she has to get more cleaning things from her car and then drives off. I have never felt so embarrassed in my life neither have I experienced such unprofessionalism. I cannot help but to have lived through this humiliation but let this be a warning for anyone else trying to book with this cleaning service. I wish I could give zero stars. She says I had a picture on care.com but it was just my name so I do not know where she even got my picture from.
