While the work itself seemed straightforward, the overall approach during recruitment felt less focused on skills and more on certain "preferences" that weren't clearly stated. Despite having strong experience and professionalism, I left feeling that some candidates may be viewed differently based on factors unrelated to performance. The process did not feel as inclusive or respectful as it should be.
