I really wanted to help a local business but she said she didn't need us and had many other clients and asked me to stop messaging her if we were unhappy. I was very sad to see their service, I wanted to help my mom clean our house but I am looking for someone else now. She is cheaper than other places but be ready for bad customer service.

I reminded her of what she quoted me and what was agreed upon to which she said she was thinking of the wrong house when she quoted me. Other companies quoted much less ($180-$250) even for deep cleaning services including Molly Maids, Merry Maids, His and Hers Cleaning, Dust Bunnies, Maid Brigade, and others. This felt like a shake down especially because it's right before thanksgiving. I cancelled the clean and found another company to do it.
