I received a quote back that same day and it was good. So far, so good. I wanted to see how much the premium would be if I raised the coverage amount by 10K, so I sent an email. After three days and no response I called two days in a row and left a message for Luke and never got a call back. I then called several days in a row and either got a recorded message instructing me to leave a message or on several of my calls, I simply got hung up on. I finally reached a rep on 03/19 and she was nice but said they have been busy and sometimes they can't answer the phone or return calls. She also said Luke works with auto insurance and that's why he didn't return my calls. I asked why he didn't tell me that in the first place. I only do business with companies who offer average or above average customer service. Fox Reliable's customer service is well below average. Bill K.

After calling the office and going through all the details, the rate ended up being MORE than double what she said in the mailer. I talked to Eric, because apparently Nikki was busy typing up other ridiculous invitations. This was not a generic mailer, it had all my information on it and was specifically mentioned as a "priority quote". Avoid this place! It appears that all the other one star ratings are completely valid!

It included coverage details that were better than I currently have so I called them. It was a huge waste of time. Their quote was more than what I currently pay and more than double the $550 they claim on the letter for the same coverage I currently have. Their excuse was the rates were recently 'adjusted.' (in the last two weeks? I think not) If I had know she represents Allstate I wouldn't even have bothered to call. I used them before and they were a nightmare, they said one thing then the bill was something completely different. Don't waste your time with this agency.
