Sarah and her fellow associates were so quick to assist me find an American flag baseball cap. Boo, they only carried mugs, t-shirts, and souvenirs. I went in one night to look around & walked out with a cute pink Laughlin sweatshirt, funny t-shirt for my brother, wine bottle shape lipstick, Laughlin snow globe, Edgewater lighter (only $1.00) and two magnets. I went back the next day on my way out to exchange my sweatshirt for a bigger size which the girl working the night before said I could do if needed. There's no dressing rooms in the gift shop. She had to call the manager for the exchange who kinda took a long time to come down to the gift shop & had to do this whole long process in the exchange. I was getting the same sweatshirt but a bigger size. Then I had to pay more $$$ cause of the bigger size. The girl working the counter was the same girl who was working the night before. I asked her her name on my way out as I wanted to mention her in my Yelp review. She had a badge on the said something about training/new worker. She was so nice & friendly. While I was waiting for the manager to come down every person that walked into the store she said hello to, with a pretty smile on her face. I even saw her helping a lady over at the medicines to make sure she got what she was looking for. You could tell she really liked her job & was happy to be there. I made sure to tell the supervisor how nice she was. The supervisor mentioned it was her first time meeting her. Myra is here name! Thank you Myra for all your help & friendliness. You rock!
