I almost always stay at the Tropicana when I visit Laughlin. I love the souvenirs that they sell. They also have snacks, drinks and basic medication. Prices are a little higher than the outside for these snacks, drinks and medicine. Customer service has always been great. I would definitely return to this store. :)

I was dying for a seltzer & the bars inside the Trop don't carry them. A nice employee told me this store did & I could grab one & drink it out on the casino floor so that's what I did! Well, actually I grabbed two of them & a tall can Corona for my friend. There was a bunch of cute stuff but I didn't have time to shop as I was in the middle of playing craps & wanted to get back to my game. Diana was the young cashier who rang me up. Very nice & friendly. I'll definitely be back!!

Sarah and her fellow associates were so quick to assist me find an American flag baseball cap. Boo, they only carried mugs, t-shirts, and souvenirs. But, she invited me to swing by their sister store at the Aquarius. I thought to myself,how sweet and helpful. I did buy a few souvenirs and stumbled across some cool hats. Wow, not only were they cute but super affordable!! I must say, they also have many BOGO sales! If you need souvenirs, this is your spot!! The best part is it's open 24 hours & it has so much stuff from souvenirs, alcohol, beer, medicine, snacks, drinks, jewelry, sunscreen and clothes, etc. Just check out the photos I posted. Prices are not too bad, there are some pricey items. I went in one night to look around & walked out with a cute pink Laughlin sweatshirt, funny t-shirt for my brother, wine bottle shape lipstick, Laughlin snow globe, Edgewater lighter (only $1.00) and two magnets. I went back the next day on my way out to exchange my sweatshirt for a bigger size which the girl working the night before said I could do if needed. There's no dressing rooms in the gift shop. She had to call the manager for the exchange who kinda took a long time to come down to the gift shop & had to do this whole long process in the exchange. I was getting the same sweatshirt but a bigger size. Then I had to pay more $$$ cause of the bigger size. The girl working the counter was the same girl who was working the night before. I asked her her name on my way out as I wanted to mention her in my Yelp review. She had a badge on the said something about training/new worker. She was so nice & friendly. While I was waiting for the manager to come down every person that walked into the store she said hello to, with a pretty smile on her face. I even saw her helping a lady over at the medicines to make sure she got what she was looking for. You could tell she really liked her job & was happy to be there. I made sure to tell the supervisor how nice she was. The supervisor mentioned it was her first time meeting her. Myra is here name! Thank you Myra for all your help & friendliness. You rock! You definitely have to stop by the gift shop when you at the Edgewood to check it out or to get something you may be in need of.

Apparently magnets are sold on the 3rd floor gift shop. Still, the shop had our backs in every other way: water, drinks, meds, toiletries, snacks, and all the "I forgot this at home" hotel essentials. Plus, an aggressive amount of snow globes especially for the holidays. Not the magnet jackpot we wanted, but definitely a solid survival stop. Oh, and staff were nice too, very helpful!!

Store was nice, neat & clean. Had some cute things in there but I didn't really have time to shop around. I did see coolers with drinks in it, snacks, nik naks & clothes. Geri rang me up when I bought a Truly tall can. Was $6.00....Yikes! Much cheaper @ the gas station. Usually about $2.00-2.50 per can but you know your gonna pay "hotel" prices. This gift shop is located on the bottom level of the casino, guess there is also a location upstairs. This is on your way to the movie theater, next to escalators. Geri was super nice, happy & very friendly. She even gave my friend a deck of cards when she got so excited about her giving them to me. Thank you Geri!!

I give them 3 stars for their good customer service, fresh flowers and delivery on the day…read morescheduled. However, what was delivered does not reflect what I ordered. I paid extra ("exquisite") for the "Aglow bouquet". What they delivered didn't have sunflowers, they used yellow daisies instead. They didn't add any white daisies, it isn't as full as what was pictured on their website for the "exquisite" price and they didn't use a mason jar. Also, I did call the day before and was told they did have the flowers to make that bouquet.
