We rented from Dolan on a whim after being disappointed with Home Depot. They told us we didn't have the towing capacity, but we do. We called Dolan on the way home and got pricing over the phone. The person who answered offered to look at our truck to see if we could tow the equipment ourselves. We got there and if it didn't take a few minutes for them to hook it up to our truck, we would've been in and out in five minutes. He has an awesome team who are courteous and fast. They work very well together. We will definitely look to them for future rentals. read more

Brought my Stihl saw to be serviced and I am extremely pleased with them. Completed servicing in the timeframe given, called when ready. Even took a video to show it was running. I rented 2 8ft tables and 21 chairs for a family gathering. They had the best prices and were easy to work with.

Contracted with Dolan to rent mini skid steer for two full days, 16 hrs on Saturday and Sunday. Machine broke on Saturday at 7pm. Tried calling Dolan to no avail as they closed at 5pm and do not open on Sunday. I had to hire tow truck to remove skid steer from my yard and place on trailer. Returned it Monday, they insisted on full price for 2 day rental, no compensation for tow truck or partial refund for lost 5 hrs. Their machine was old and tired. their customer service and satisfaction skilled leave something to be desired. All in all a very negative experience and my friends and I will not rent from them again. I want a refund for the lost 5 hrs, and I am out the tow truck fees as well. I will rent from home depot from now on, .--UPDATE-- contacted by Mike at Dolan, he wants to make this right. He seemed very sincere and I will go over there this weekend and try and work something out.
