Jen does the best Botox. So natural and no pain at all. Front desk has Gina, who is helpful and the best. All the services I have tried are done by the most professional and great group of people. I can recommend Botox, Kybella, and Laser Hair Removal. Jen is known for her lip technique and although I haven't personally tried it, I can see she does an excellent job! I do not write reviews but i believe this place scame me. I went to get botox was my fist time getting botox. I asked for 20 to 30 unit . They told me i need 50 unit so she injected 50 unit and told me to come back after three weeks. What i notice in the room that cosmetic injecter did not have the bottes of botox there she already put it in syringe. The botox did not work and I told them im not happy her answer was you need 20 more unit after three week. I believe they injected me with cheap botox and did not try to fix what they messed up my eye brown are pushed down should be up. I paid almost 600 dollers and they did not care. I was new to Botox and fillers and never had it done . I met " dr Jen " she seemed knowledgeable enough from what I felt so I started going here . And I originally swore by this place . ( I had no clue what to even compare it to being I have never gotten any Botox done ) I will make a long story short : they pretty much robbed me . Every time I left there I was spending thousands on work that was mediocre. I was smart enough to know for the amount of times I was going , I wasn't getting the FULL effect of what I saw and heard others tell me . Let me start from the beginning, as I rate this place . Number one the receptionist acts like she's doing YOU w favor . She's nasty , unprofessional, and rude . This place is run so unprofessionally, it's like a " pump and dump " and she runs back and forth making thousands. One time I had to wait an hour until she decided to show up . She would confuse me with the prices . She's a mess . A new little GEM a of a place copened up right around the corner from my home . I saw they offered so many services and decided to make the leap and try it to compare. First off Botox is a FRACTION of the damn prices DOLCE charges . I made an appointment with their plastic surgeon and dermatologist ho works on a hospital and also works part time there . First off this consultation was professional and I showed the doctor my concerns explained that I have gone to this place and it didn't seem to be working , nor was I getting all that money's worth that I paid . He explained all the muscles in the face , he said all I needed was some Botox around the eye area and forehead . He agreed that from the last time I had it done. So he took out the Botox as I watched and saw the bottle and he did my forehead and shot me differently than l DR" Jen . Which is not a doctor ) well one day just one day I saw such a difference . And as each day passes , it is just getting better and better and I paid more than half less for the CORRECT results I should have had from the beginning . I started to ask him if I needed anymore . He said no , he did not push anything on me , and he said he thinks I will be very happy after . Well I can't even tell you how I finally see a huge difference. I am so pissed that I spent so much money at this place . By the way , when you type in jest Botox in queens , don't be fooled ! She is paying for that to show up , as first . She is a great marketing queen . Sadly , she will charge the shit out of you , especially if she thinks you have money . I finally got rid of my ( 11's) in the middle of my forehead that she shot 3 times with no results . Now I finally have the results that look natural but the lines are gone and so are the two lines in between my eyes . I cannot say enough about my new place son metropolitan Avenue . Small place but beautiful . And they are absolute perfection. And do not try to Rob you . I am so glad I made this decision . Do your homework . This place is a mess , it's run like a mess . You will see ! I would like to add to you know who , that I get very very upset when I got robbed out of thousands . I also want to add after this review I get a call from the receptionist asking me why I wrote it lol because I am allowed to write reviews . I went here for a simple skin procedure. The aesthetician clearly had no idea what she was doing as she told me that the procedure wouldn't work for me and said I would first need to purchase a $400 procedure before she'd do the needed procedure. She also was confused when I used the clinical term for my condition, which proves her low level of knowledge. I went to a different office with an actual doctor and have been getting the same treatment by a competent individual. There's a reason their space is located in a dingy office above a sushi restaurant. Save yourself and go to a much better clinic. read more

Omg, so I had this major indentations on my face under my eyes. I had them since I was a kid and had only gotten worse with age. I was nervous to get fillers, until I met Dr. Jen. She has great energy and made me feel comfortable. She is also super realistic about the results I was going to see. I needed at least two dose for my deep tear trough, but she didn't push me to do more then I was comfortable with. read more

It's been 3 months since I've gotten my lips injected with Jen and I can honestly say the price is not worth it. When I first arrived I wasn't checked in right away, I had waited about 20 minutes later than my appointment just to see Jen, and although I will say she takes her time with her clients; she does not actually listen to what you want. I felt that I needed to constantly keep cutting her off to get a word in about how I did NOT want the signature pout every girl asks for. My top lip was bigger than my bottom and I tried to explain to her that I wanted to even them out even with a little more in my bottom lip. She said it would take a few sessions to achieve this ? Which I disregarded because it wasn't that big of a difference that I'd need to keep coming back so soon. She noticed my lip had drooped to one side and said the only way I could get rid of that was to dissolve the filler that was previously there. I did not want to do this but she insisted and even dissolved it for free. I wanted to wait because I didn't want that to dissolve what she was already injecting. My lips are even more uneven than before and she made my top lip even bigger. I'm so upset with the turnout but I will not be back to "fix" it and pay more. Please be warned. Of course I wanted to give her a shot because her price is fair for the area and her work on Instagram looked decent but you get what you pay for and even if my lips turned out better, I would still not recommend the organization of the place. She was all over the place the whole time and it made me feel very uneasy. Wish my service could've gone better because I would've brought in more clientel. But it is what it is. read more

"Dr" Jen will tell you to frequent her office quicker than you normally would due to the fact her product reflects the price. 3 other people I know have told me they had the same issue with their filler dissolving almost completely in a shorter amount of time than it normally should.
