Today was the first time visiting this location and I just know this will be where I will be doing my remaining sessions. The place itself seems identical to the Williamsburg location but I like this one better. The receptionist was very friendly and helped me to schedule all of my appointments on the same date so I'm not coming to Laser Away a million times like I work here lol (not sure why they were scattered out to begin with) She also informed me of the update where we can be in the sun before/ after laser. I was concerned how was I going to be outside this summer with 8 treatments remaining. Glad it won't be an issue now. The woman who did my laser (I wish I would have gotten her name) was very informative and made me feel comfortable. This was my second session so I'm still pretty new. I added on a new service, my upper lip (because why be hairless everywhere else and still have a mustache?!) and the woman walked me through what it would feel like and even did a test on my neck before we began- I appreciated that. She was thorough and took her time making sure to get every spot. I already booked my next appointment and I can't wait to come back! Storytime: removing my former 5 star review because laseraway is DOWN BAD... story time: tonight the "manager" yona wanted to leave early so she called me at 655p to tell me she was cancelling my 7p appointment booked weeks ago and that I planned my work schedule, childcare and plans with friends around- I had already driven 30 minutes to get there and was around the corner. She then yelled at me when I suggested I should receive some sort of compensation for the severe inconvenience, told me I was out of luck because I already paid for the service and then hung up on me. Every single laseraway employee I've ever met has told me they are looking for a new job and hate working there and clearly it's managers like yona driving away good employees and customers. I'm shocked she still has a job with customer service/managerial "skills" like I saw tonight, but hopefully she enjoyed getting off early tonight on June 23 2026. Avoid and take your business elsewhere unless you want your appt cancelled without notice 5 minutes before so the manager can tell you she doesn't care because you already paid for the appt, hang up on you and then leave early. read more

Laseraway representatives are attentive and friendly when they want you to sign up for sessions for any of their services. However, when you have a complaint, no representative has an answer. I called three times to get an explanation of my services and a charge, and no one returned my calls. Instead, they emailed me, not giving enough information, and I decided not to follow up because I didn't want to get stressed with them and jeopardize my health condition. First, this is how it works with Laseraway. You must take a PatientFi loan if you can't pay the full amount. They don't tell you the interest on the loan. My interest on the loan is $625.38. The total price of my Brazilian armpit six sessions for both legs is $ 3,842.5, and your Cuchi will not be bold after completing your sessions; You will need to shape it. I understand that getting a laser treatment is a REDUCTION of your pupil's hair. To conclude, they're costly, have no follow-up, and don't embrace diversity. I don't recommend it at all. By the way, it's painful; don't you ever think you will feel a pinch as it is advertised on social media. Your cuchi gets red and swollen after the session, so think about it first. read more

Haven't been in for Botox/Xeomin in a while and went in cuz I was getting sad waking up to 11 lines and forehead creases so I booked an appointment. Roshani (who I believe goes by Ro) had such gentle bedside manner and made me feel so comfortable! She was very calming and quick with the appointment which made me feel good. I also ran out of some products and Korrine and Jammy working the desk made me feel like I was talking to friends. First off, laser away is a great place to go. My sister went there and told me how wonderful her experience was and I thought she was being dramatic lol. She wasn't... they really were great. The booking experience is a little different because you schedule an appt with what seems like a centralized call center in California. This makes it easier for them. Then they send you a payment form to complete with your correct location. Make sure that in the payment form you see the right location because if not, they're going to have to change that. Once you pay, they give you a confirmation and then you're all set! Everyone in the office was extremely nice and friendly. Super helpful for somber New York. The rooms were comfortable and had a tv which really helps to distract you and overall the place is nice! I went to the location in Tribeca so I can only speak for that location, it's surroundings and workers. My RN Amanda was incredible. If I have an option, I'll just go to her. She's super friendly, quick and helps you ease any fears you have. Lastly, I like the text method of communication with them because it makes it that much easier. I asked them about discounts and they gave me an initial discount because I was being referred by my sister. If you want to use me as a referral because you read this, mention my name :-) but in no way is this review for that. I was highly skeptical and this referral came from my sister lol. If you need numbing cream they advise you come 30 min prior. If you need it, get it! If you feel like you don't need it, get it anyways! It's very easy to give a 5 star rating to a business when all goes well, but it's not when things go awry. I didn't have a perfect experience with LaserAway but I feel like they deserve 5 stars for their customer service regardless! I have been looking for a doctor's office or medical spa that offers Thermage for eyes. I had pretty bad depression a few years ago and I didn't eat properly. It really took a toll on my face and I spent about $12,000 in the last year and half on different procedures such as Ultherapy, Morpehus 8 micro-needling, PRF microneedling, and other skin tightening lasers from South Korea that's not commonly found in the US - Skin Aura and Shurink. I also had to replenish my volume loss by having 2 CCs of Voluma added to the apple of my cheeks, 1.5cc of Radiesse added to my lateral cheekbones, 1 CC of Sculptra layered over the entire cheek area and 1 CC of Sculptra added to my temples. Everything has been rejuvenated nicely - except my eyes. I wanted to do Thermage Eyes really badly since it's pretty much the only non-surgical option to reduce eyelid sagging and hooding. So when I found out that LaserAway offered Thermage for eyes, I was very excited and bought 2 full face sessions for $2800 with the eye area included. I showed up to my appointment and almost got prepped for the treatment when I asked the nurse practitioner where is the eye shield and eye grid for the Thermage Eye procedure. Then I found out there's been a misunderstanding and they don't actually do Thermage on the eyelid/periorbital area itself. That will not give me the results I'm looking for. I explained the situation to Andrew who is the Client Director and he was extremely apologetic and offered to give me a refund right away. I really want to take a second here and highlight how rare that occurs. An unethical company might argue with you, tell you that it's non-refundable or that I misinterpreted what I have purchased. Trust me, I've had those convos before and had to go as far as to do a chargeback on my credit card in order to get a refund. Instead it was just a very pleasant conversation and the money has already been refunded to me. If I needed anything other than Thermage Eyes done, I would have applied those funds towards something else but there was nothing else that I wanted done. When I'm ready for something that LaserAway offers, I'll be back. I'm very happy I found a place that has such great customer service and won't lie or cheat you. read more

I can see that she is very careful and gentle. She is very professional. While she's doing the procedure, she frequently reassure me if I am okay. I've been going to Laseraway both in Tribecca and Flatiron location, in my experience, she is the only one that asked me of the painscale while she's doing the laser procedure. I am so impressed. Honestly, EMMA is AMAZINNG. This didn't even go as planned for me as I was mistakenly assigned to Emma for my lip injections but as they say, life happens, and i wouldn't of had it any other way! Originally, I stopped by to talk to them at this location about lip fillers as I always get my lips done with Restylane and it's been over a year and I wanted a new place to go to. On top of that, I have a scarring on my upper lip (bullied in middle school, resulting in my upper right lip being cut open and needing stitches) so I wanted someone to be able to understand my concerns with my scar, the reason why I get fillers in the first place, and so I sat down with Denise. And she heard me, checked my lips, examined my scar, and we made a blueprint plan on what to do. So at reception we set up an appointment with Denise, I asked specifically for Denise since she had a thorough walkthrough with me about my scar-- To my surprise on the day of, I was assigned to Emma, she came in introduced herself and said she would be taking care of me. I was surprised and a little worried-- we made it clear it would be Denise-- and Emma understood and didn't take it personal and so we tried to see how to go about it. But unfortunately Denise had other patients-- confused as I was because I scheduled to have her I was already numbed so I said what the heck let's still do it. And so I explained thoroughly all of my concerns again, with Emma. And surprisingly enough it went amazing! She was fantastic, sweet, caring, and stopped every time she did an injection to make sure I was pleased with how it looked. We had to schedule for a follow up because there was still work to be done, my scar made the lips uneven so we wanted to even it out as much as possible but she didn't want to over do it and said it's better to leave it as is and wait two weeks and see how much more we can lift. Left with the receptionist asking me how it went and when I said amazingly, she replied with 'like I said, isn't Emma amazing?! She's the lip queen!' On the 2nd session, I sat down and had simply asked her what she thought needed to be one ( I had ideas in mind on what areas of unevenness on my lips needed to be touched and wanted to see if she saw what I saw) and based off of her inspections when she looked at my lips, we had the same thing in mind. My scar on the right side of my lip caused it to have a 'lift' on the border, which made my left sides actual natural borderline look so small and uneven. Whenever I smiled or spoke, or looked in photos, it was very noticeable. Emma helped me get it as close to the same evenness, she also noticed, as did I, that the left side where the scarring was still needed to have more volume because it looked curved, we went about every section of my lip step by step ( even tho your lips are just like your eyebrows, not twins but sisters) and I'm honestly so happy with it. We didn't just do lip injections, we practically sculpted my lips all the way through! Emma will definitely be my go to injector from now on for every touch up! Before I left she asked me 'alright in all honestly, are you happy with them? Because I want you to be happy with the results' and I AM! read more

THANK YOU DENICE I'm 22 and have been getting preventative Botox for the past 2 years. I had never been to Laser away but heard good things so I got a discounted first time rate for 20 units for my forehead. I had to go in for a consult (which was honestly of no use) and was able to schedule my appointment for a month later. I went in and DENICE mapped my face, asking me to flex my muscles as she drew dots on the injection sites. The entire process took no more than 10 minutes and was painless. I left seeing no results which is fine since it takes a few days to settle in. One week later I can barely move my forehead and my wrinkles are 100% gone, but I can still make expressions with my eyes. The worst experience ever. I booked thermage through the sales representative Sophia through phone consultation. She was trying to sell me the package 2999 with one full face Thermage with eye opener. As we all know, face and eyes require different tip as eye area is more sensitive. In order to make sure 2999 package includes the eye tip, I have triple checked with Sophia via phone and texting. She confirmed me 2999 package includes 2 tips for face + neck and eyes' area. When I went to the appt, the nurse told me they don't do eye area period. So the eye opener is just a lie. I even took half day off for this laser. Just got refund and walked away. The customer service at the TriBeCa location is unmatched. I've been extremely impressed since my first interaction on the phone with Brian. Each time I come in feels like the first, they're always just as welcoming. Every employee I've encountered has been friendly, caring, and helpful. Brian and all the staff members have done a great job setting expectations and being transparent about services, and it's something I really appreciate. My first interaction was on the phone with Brian, the Location Director. He spent over an hour on the phone with me even after closing, so that he could make sure he understood my needs and that I was fully informed before making a decision (for laser tattoo removal). My first session was great! Every session that has followed has been amazing as well (slightly more painful as intensity increases, but this was expected as it had been previously mentioned). This location is great, the staff is fantastic. My issue is with my results. When I signed up in 2022 I was led to believe that I would be hairless or very close to, at the end of my program. That was not the case. Granted I have very dark coarse hair, I was still lead to believe that this would work. I paid a couple thousand for this program plus the maintaince package. I have completed all the sessions and I am still shaving 2-3 times a week and I am still getting ingrown hairs. Please be very mindful before entering into program, the results for a woman like me did not come out as promised. I wasted my money. Please learn from my mistake.
