The breakfast sandwich was outstanding, with thick, meaty, flavorful bacon on a buttery croissant that tasted like it had just come out of the oven. We paired everything with a caramel hazelnut iced coffee that was perfectly balanced, and the cinnamon roll had just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. What really stood out was the quality. Everything is made from scratch with fresh, high-quality ingredients, and you can absolutely taste the difference. On our way out, we could not resist taking home two pies and the cutest strawberry Pop-Tart covered in patriotic sprinkles. They looked almost too pretty to eat. The food alone would have earned five stars, but the hospitality made the experience unforgettable. The owner was incredibly genuine and treated every customer like a VIP. She has a true heart for veterans and took the time to personally thank my husband for his service. That kind of kindness is rare and speaks volumes about the people behind this wonderful business. I repeatedly saw the cooks come out to the front to get drinks while still wearing the same disposable gloves they were using in the kitchen. They were touching drink machines, counters, and other surfaces before returning to food prep. Seeing that raised concerns about their food safety and sanitation practices. We happened to have a short chat with the owners Christin & Chad. Very welcoming and loved their story of how it all began.
