I upgraded to the more advanced machine for one time fee of $75. You have to request an appointment online and fill out a survey with your complete medical history. Once completed they can approve your appointment. The space is cutely decorated and Simone my laser technician was right there to greet me. Before starting the laser she sat me down and explained everything to me and what my expectations should be. She confirmed that I wasn't on any medication that could effect the laser and answered any questions that I had. The bikini area took maybe 1 minute and was like a 2/10 pain! So much less painful and less time compared to waxing. I definitely will be continuing my laser journey here!

I was expecting Matt again, but was informed upon arrival he wouldn't be doing the injections - someone named Kimmy, whom he had recently trained, would be. The front desk staff told me Matt could do it if I reschedule & pay a fee. I'd driven nearly an hour to Boca for this appt & the office staff kept hyping up Kimmy, so I stayed. Unfortunately, this would be a mistake. Immediately after Kimmy injected my lips, I noticed that my bottom lip looked lopsided (heavy on the right side) & as if there was filler missing in the left edge. I complained right away but was told by Jacqueline "Don't look at them so hard!" I felt so dismissed, so I decided to wait to see if they'd even out once the swelling subsided. Nearly a month later, I arrived for an appt for a facial & a consult to discuss my lumpy lips, but apparently no one was available for the lip consult even though it was supposed to be part of my appt. As I waited for nearly an hour, the girls at the front desk proceeded to tell me my lips looked fine, even though I was unhappy & wanted to inquire about having my lips dissolved and/or fixed. I left & never went back. At the time, I paid about $200 a month for an Elite membership that offered monthly facials & trimonthly botox & filler. I became so frustrated with my botched lip filler experience that I cancelled it. They continued to keep trying to charge me after that so I called my bank & blocked the company from pulling anymore funds out. It's been over a year since & I've patiently been waiting for my lips to go back to normal. Unfortunately, my lips have become more lumpy over time. I've had to pay for the care of a dermatologist to handle this & I even had to get stitches in my lip after a lump had to be cut away. I've spent all year feeling so self conscious, have had to endure so much extra unnecessary pain for tests, etc, & have spent so much money - I feel betrayed & humiliated. Loraine finally came in, she appeared visibly agitated and mentioned she was running behind while another employee informed her that the patient scheduled after me was upset about the wait. At no point did she apologize to me for the significant delay. I asked whether it was still appropriate to proceed since the numbing cream had been sitting on my skin for such a long time. She simply applied more numbing cream and disappeared for another 30 minutes or so. I had taken the afternoon off for this appointment, but I certainly wasn't expecting to spend hours waiting because of poor scheduling and time management. When the procedure finally began, another employee interrupted to tell P.A. Loraine that a patient had returned and was very upset about an issue. Without hesitation, she asked someone else to finish my treatment and rushed out to deal with what she referred to as a "difficult patient." I have never spent thousands of dollars on cosmetic treatments only to be treated with such little regard for my time. The entire visit lasted more than four hours, and it felt more like waiting at a walk-in urgent care than receiving care at a premium aesthetic practice. As for the results, I had Clear + Brilliant laser, Sculptra, and Botox. The only treatment that produced noticeable results was the Botox. I did not see any meaningful improvement from either the laser or the Sculptra. Florida has no shortage of outstanding dermatology and aesthetic practices. Given this office's premium pricing, poor time management, lack of professionalism, and disappointing experience, I would recommend looking elsewhere.
