July 12th 2021, Matt filled my lips with Versa & I was very satisfied with the results. Nov 9th 2021, I had an appt for a little more filler. I was expecting Matt again, but was informed upon arrival he wouldn't be doing the injections - someone named Kimmy, whom he had recently trained, would be. The front desk staff told me Matt could do it if I reschedule & pay a fee. I'd driven nearly an hour to Boca for this appt & the office staff kept hyping up Kimmy, so I stayed. Unfortunately, this would be a mistake. Immediately after Kimmy injected my lips, I noticed that my bottom lip looked lopsided (heavy on the right side) & as if there was filler missing in the left edge. I complained right away but was told by Jacqueline "Don't look at them so hard!" I felt so dismissed, so I decided to wait to see if they'd even out once the swelling subsided. Nearly a month later, I arrived for an appt for a facial & a consult to discuss my lumpy lips, but apparently no one was available for the lip consult even though it was supposed to be part of my appt. As I waited for nearly an hour, the girls at the front desk proceeded to tell me my lips looked fine, even though I was unhappy & wanted to inquire about having my lips dissolved and/or fixed. I left & never went back. At the time, I paid about $200 a month for an Elite membership that offered monthly facials & trimonthly botox & filler. I became so frustrated with my botched lip filler experience that I cancelled it. They continued to keep trying to charge me after that so I called my bank & blocked the company from pulling anymore funds out. It's been over a year since & I've patiently been waiting for my lips to go back to normal. Unfortunately, my lips have become more lumpy over time. I've had to pay for the care of a dermatologist to handle this & I even had to get stitches in my lip after a lump had to be cut away. I've spent all year feeling so self conscious, have had to endure so much extra unnecessary pain for tests, etc, & have spent so much money - I feel betrayed & humiliated. BEWARE going to this place for filler! Do your homework & make sure the person changing the appearance of your face is not only experienced & qualified, but also compassionate. read more

This place is fraudulent. I started my program in December for 6 months. I'm still getting charged. No one will address my emails or phone calls. I've been charged over $1,100 in fradulent charges that I have to dispute with my credit card company. I sent an email per their office to stop charges on May 23. They informed me I had to pay the extra month..fine. Now they won't stop charging my card and nobody will get back to me. read more

I was so nervous about the non surgical rhinoplasty that I almost cancelled my appointment. She had to talk me through it over the phone, and she assured me I would love it. She was right! Honest feedback, this place lacks professionalism. Dr G is fantastic, Monica is also very great. I love the hydra-facials and the $99 membership is a GREAT DEAL! However, There's always a lack of communication when I come in for my services. Each visit I've had to tell them what I am getting done... I drive over an hour to visit and I have to wait extra long for the extra services I booked with my appt yet they weren't documented so they have to run around and find a dr that is a available to assist. I also find the no weekends very difficult to work with. They aren't open late enough :/ The quality is there, the efficiency is not. read more

Im so happy i found them! First off i will say that this is not my first time getting my lips done. The first time was with a very well known injector in miami and my results were not what i wanted them to be and left me underwhelmed. I waited 6 months and decided to try my luck at elite with matthew as my injector. The experience was night and day. From the second i walked in i was greeted by kat a very sweet, reassuring, kind girl at the front desk. I was very quickly moved into the procedure room onto a comfy chair and was given numbing cream while i waited. From the second matthew walked in he kept me at complete ease and answered every question i had. His bedside manner, patience, and care for his patient made this an A1 experience. He injected my lips id say about 1 syringe and did botox in between my brows id say about 20 units. His technique did involve more poking than i was used to but the result was worth it. At first i was nervous because i was quite swollen but within an hour i loved my lips. And within 10 days the lines between my eyebrows were gone aswell. I do not recommend this place at all. I made an appointment , showed up and the esthetician was leaving. The girl at the front desk told someone who works there to just let me in it will be a quick facial? Not sure why it would be quick when I made an appointment for a 45 min service? They didn't have me fill out any paperwork. The esthetician didn't even wash her hands and from the moment I laid on the chair , I was out in 9 minutes , for a HYDRAFACIAL. She didn't cleanse my face or anything. It was just so shocking they they would actually be ok with this. So yes , 9 minutes for a hydra facial; which usually takes anywhere from 45min to an hour anywhere else. I honestly have never experienced anything like this, it was so unprofessional. I will never go back. There are plenty of great spas on the area, so try and find another option if you can. read more

They charged my card without my authorization. I called the office for a refund and was told I need an appointment to to speak to someone and after speaking to her she just hung up on me. I would not recommend this place at all. I've been struggling to get some customer service from this place for the past 4 months. They keep promising a refund for fraud charges made without services. Every time I call, I'm placed on hold, told someone will call me back and nobody ever does. Apparently, no managers can be bothered to assist with customers. The front desk team is a joke. Customer support is abysmal. The few times I've gotten through to someone, they apologize and tell me that a refund will be processed. It's been 4 - almost 5 months this week with no refund. I am not one to be negative but this one I cannot let go. I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience here. I've never experienced anything like it. I'll start with the positive, the injector Matt is great this has nothing to do with his work, however everyone else is rude and unprofessional. I canceled my $99 a month membership and was still charged. I called to rectify and was told it was being taken care of and never received a refund after 14 business days even though I called and emailed multiple times. Then after finally being told it was handled, I was billed AGAIN. When I contacted them the front desk was rude and HUNG UP ON ME. I am utterly disgusted at how this business operates this way and treats people with zero respect and customer service is truly non existent here. I disputed this with my bank and the bank representative needed me to call them on 3 way to get some information from them.
