Best place in Prescott to get a facial. All of their products are medical grade and the nurse esthetician is very knowledgeable. Everyone is incredibly kind and welcoming. Everything is reasonably priced as well so you don't feel like you're being charged an arm and a leg for good skin. Definitely plan on returning as often as possible. read more

This was my first time getting Botox, & it was such a good experience I returned a few weeks later to get another area injected. Coleen really knew her stuff & explained everything she was doing and why. There was also an added level of comfort knowing that in case there was an emergency, there was a board certified dermatologist in the office above under whom the practice is supervised. I went to Colleen for Botox at the end of September. She does all facial skin care age reducing treatments at this facility. I have faithfully gotten Botox every 3 months for years. I usually get 30 units and it looks great in about 7 days which is the lag time between the time it's given and the time it takes effect. Well she said I needed 40 units that I would see a difference in about 4 days. 4 days pass and absolutely no improvement to my crows feet, forehead or between my eyebrows. I then knew she was lying but I gave it the 10 days I had previously been told by my other doctors. Ten days pass and not a bit of difference from before I went. I should have suspected something when she didn't do before pictures. Over $400 and I looked much worse than the 10 days prior. It's like she used water!!! I called and she said give it more time but she had previously said only four days and this was on day 11. Don't ever go there. She tried to sell me on enhancing my lips as well as getting the Botox. Thankfully I didn't do that but since I used my Brilliant Distinctions points I can't get Botox again for 90 days!!! TERRIBLE PLACE. COLLEEN IS A LIER AND A THIEF. SHE STOLE MY MONEY AND DID NOT RENDER THE SERVICES I PAID FOR. STAY AWAY!!! read more

Wow! I received a DermaPen treatment with Zofia and I am very impressed with the results. I have had a few before in Scottsdale, but Zofia is really an expert. My skin looked amazing after a few days and allegedly will look even better in 6 weeks. Zofia is thorough and precise. She is very knowledgeable about skin care and made some good recommendations. You'll want to find another salon. Not only is this so-called "Med Spa" outrageously overpriced, they treat people that should be honored as clients as mere customers that they can extract money from. They would not honor a paid gift certificate even though there was no expiration date on the certificate. And the gift certificate was only for $100. That's thievery taking money for no services rendered. And this was done to a customer of several years. Really Skin Perfection? You not only treat a longtime customer so shabbily over such a small amount of money, you also forfeit any future business. Wow, that's really great customer service. I'm grateful for the small town we live in because I will take every opportunity to encourage people to find another so-called "spa." Very poorly done on your part.
