Absolutely the worst decision that was ever made for my business. They will charge you close to…read more$2000 up front with the promise that they will setup all their products. But they never setup what they tell you that they are going to do. You will have about two months of phone calls and emails with them trying to get your service setup. After two months of no results we asked to have all our services cancelled and get a refund. Not only did we not get a refund but they are still charging us monthly when no services were ever rendered. I would avoid them like the plague if you are a small. business owner. Went to report them to the Better Business Bureau and his business is not even registered. Should tell you all that you need to know about these guys. Update: Now they are threatening me with legal fees if we try to get our lawyer involved. They also claim that they have "No responsibility" in making sure their products are actually setup and running. They say that we are 100% responsible for hiring an IT professional to setup their products since they do not have the knowledge to do it themselves. So now we are out over $4000 and they are threatening us with legal fees. The guy that sells you this package will not answer calls and texts. And amazingly enough they get two positive reviews from people who have never submitted a review only hours after i posted this. Obviously this business is a complete train wreck since they have to make fake accounts to create positive reviews. Another Update: Now they are threatening legal action against me if I don't remove this review. They are also sending my owner emails in an attempt to get me fired now. These guys keep getting better by the minute.

Our organization has used them for other events such as our annual bike ride for lawn signs and they couldn't have been more helpful. We had no experience creating lawn signs before and they helped design them with us. Very easy to work with and we found, cheaper than others that we researched. We have recommended them to other groups that we are affiliated with.

Hiring him meant that we wouldn't have to worry about the video and audio (which we would very much need for future marketing of the event as well as having a record of it). After we got the video back, we were shocked at just how pixelated, out of focus, grainy, blurry, overexposed (at times) and mostly dark everything was. Yes, the room was dark, to begin with, but one would think that someone who does this for a living would say, "Hey guys, we're going to need light in here!", "We may have to rent some lights!" He had already been at the venue at least 3 times before the day of the event! Never a light meter in hand, nothing. The event was 6 hours. Why couldn't Rob, at some point during that time, have gotten our attention to let us know what was happening? NOPE. We didn't even get a heads up as to how bad the footage looked when it was delivered to us. No "I'm sorry, this isn't my best work", "Hey, I did everything I could do". Nothing. He just waited for us to bring our displeasure to him. I explained how frustrated I was with the outcome and all I got back from him was how frustrated HE was. We even paid him upfront in FULL! No apology, no "Let me see what I can do", no offer of a refund or even a partial one. NOTHING. The biggest waste of thousand of dollars ever. I attached some screenshots of the video to this review. These were some of the BETTER ones--just to give you an idea as to how bad the rest of it is. If I had shot this on my cell phone it would've been 1000x better. I'm sure this review will receive a reply from Rob as to how this was somehow our fault or he's being misrepresented--it's just a shame because I considered him a friend. I won't make that mistake again. Never again.
