Within a couple hours of placing my order, Fiori's called me to tell me they were completely sold out of the item I ordered, and wouldn't receive any from their supplier in time. They discussed other options with me, and I agreed to their recommendation, while also requesting that the move the delivery date up, to the next day, which they agreed to accommodate. When the recipient sent me a picture of the arrangement, Fiori's definitely got it right! Given the opportunity to use them in the future, I will!

This is a disgrace of a small business and a poor excuse of customer service.

I was told that the delivery was attempted but nobody was there. I was asked if it was for a funeral and I replied yes it was the next day. The delivery was eventually made but the message that was supposed to be attached was nowhere to be found so it was unknown who it was from. I expected to get what I paid for and some things fell through the crack. If I didn't call the plant probably would have never been delivered. Attention to detail is key.
