I actually enjoyed it and didn't find it difficult. She began our appointment by explaining a few things to me, such as how to handle a wondering mind. She also told me what I can expect from a session and how to deal with somethings, such as seeing images and that I ought to simply observe them as art. Finally. She closed the meditation with a thorough grounding exercise that I appreciated being walked through and learned from. During my meditation, I did have some special experiences that I am grateful for, and Heather was able to give me some insights into the meanings of these experiences. It is done from her personal residence in Spanish Springs, in a bedroom/reading room. She advised me that she doesn't make much money from the Groupon readings. Not cool. She did a lot of guessing, not really reading, and was incorrect most of the time. I didn't tell her that she was guessing wrong because I wanted her to go on. She talked about my past life, but I had no connection to what she was saying. She talked about deceased loved ones AFTER I told her they were deceased. She kept telling me how I could easily make money as a psychic by taking classes. I have no natural gift of psychic abilities, and didn't go there to hear about becoming one. My session was 30-minutes, but a lot of the time was her telling me how to start a business. I waited 8 months after my reading to write this review because I REALLY hoped some of her predictions would happen. As of now, nothing she told me has happened. At the time of my meditation course, I took it with a grain of salt and moved on to other parts of the course I was more interested in. 'Bah!' I thought after the reading...this must be some common guide that I can find on google I bet. THERE IS NO WAY she could have known that. (At my core I guess I am still a cynic, despite everything I have experienced in my life). I could find nothing even remotely close to what my instructors or Melanie had described. I could give several more examples, but I don't normally post on social media and these things are personal and private. If I am taking the time to post a review, it is a big deal.
