Yesterday I left 7 vehicle titles with " Monique " to give me the estimate, and I gave her the time that, when you have a chance, you can update me with my phone number. She called me and said the invoice is missing. I went there, dropped her invoice, and asked if you have time, so give me the estimate. I went there at almost 3.30 today. She told me that she doesn't have time and she doesn't know how to change the title. I asked you to change more than 20 of my titles, and it's the same under company titles. Why don't you change, and if you don't know why, you make me wait for that long since yesterday? Come in short, she throws my titles on the floor and said come tomorrow if you want, your manager, LILI," is the witness, and I have pictures for everything. Or please go to your cameras and check everything. We pay service fees by insult? Right and open challenge to you pls check how many titles are registered, they're in your office. I would like to request to solve my issue; otherwise, we will see each other in the Arizona Attorney's general office soon this week. I was stressed out because last year in July my car broke down and I went to Speedy Cash (don't ever go there! They are a rip off!!!) I was making payments of $60.00 ever two weeks and that was all going on interest. I Still owed my original amount and for another year would still be paying on the interest. I went in to cash1 and spoke to a very nice guy, (so busy being upset that I didn't even get his name; which Im REALLY sorry about, because he was very professional and nice and let me rant on about my financial woes with Speedy Cash). I already had a loan with them and was expecting to be turned down, I told him I wanted to combine the two loans, close my Speedy Cash loan off plus get a good interest rate. He helped me and is getting me out of debt in 6 months with a reasonable payment!!! I was so happy I went home and cried! Literally!! Thank you, thank you, Thank you!

HUGE LESSON: If you need the max money you can get AND already have an outstanding loan with Speedy…read moreCash, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Speedy will skim off the top of your new loan in order to pay off the old loan. SMH. Then the NEW loan's due date will be sooner than the old loan's due date. So, you will have to make 2 payments in the same month. Literally, I made a payment on the 11th and will now have to make one again on the 25th. This burns me up. I just wasted an hour of my life at Speedy Cash. I cannot believe this situation even occurred. I had an outstanding balance of about $1K from a previous income-based loan from Speedy. And, as life would have it, I needed another one. While on site, I mentioned that I had no money in the bank and really needed all the funds I could get. After the application process was completed, I was informed that I qualified--again--for $1K; but since I owed them $1K, Speedy Cash used this 2nd loan to pay off the 1st loan. I literally walked out with only documents in hand---NO CASH! They suggested I return tomorrow with my auto title in order to get an auto title loan. I don't even have enough money in the bank in order to get my out-of-state title transferred to Arizona. I could have gone to Title Max Auto Loans in order to get an income-based loan had Speedy told me that any new loan funds would be used to pay off my old loan. How so? Title Max was also open while I was at Speedy Cash; but, unfortunately, had closed by the time I left Speedy Cash. I will now have to borrow money from a friend in order to get my title transferred to Arizona tomorrow morning at the DMV. After I do this, I will take my business elsewhere. I need all the money I can get right now.
