Went to this location once, new patient. I just wanted an adjustment, they went overboard. Massage heat treatment before adjustment and then charged me $135.00 and then my insurance $135.00. That amount tells me these people are skinflints looking to take advantage of the common man. read more

The best ever! Been to more than a few different ones for back care and he's top notch.

I came to Doll chiropractic 3 weeks ago because I tweaked my back at the gym. My spine shifted and caused me to lose the ability to use my core. Walking or anything else was very difficult. The pain had yet to set in but it did over the next few days! My brother in-law recommended Doll Chiropractic because he had a good experience here. For me, there are more good things to say about the care than bad. When I showed up The day I got the injury I didn't have an appointment. I hurt my back at 12. They fit me in @ 2:30pm. I did have to wait a bit. They Took X-rays and did a tens unit and ice. I was told I'd have to wait until the next day to see the X-rays. This was not something I was used to but Dr. Doll reassured me it's a process and takes time to fix. The next day I came back. He showed me the X-rays. I was in terrible pain so my husband had to bring me to my appointments. This was probably the most beneficial part of my visits. I could not think straight through the pain but my husband was there, so he took notes for me. Doctor Doll made sure he explained to my husband his roll in my care was vital and thanked him for being there for me. He explained that I may start looking and feeling better but that my husband really needed me to take it easy so I don't go right back to how I was. This alone is reason enough to stay with Dr. Doll!! I've been coming 3 weeks now. While the office may close sometimes unexpectedly, the wait time can be a little long (showing up early for your appointment really helps), the chairs aren't comfortable at all for my injury and the recovery could take a while, I believe, this is truly the best Chiropractor office I've ever been to. And I've gone to places like the Joint when I hurt my back ice skating last winter. I stopped going after 3 visits because I wasn't happy with them at all. Their office manager gave me the creeps. Now, Three weeks in and I'm back at the gym (light exercises), making food and doing light duty on my chores. All with minimal pain!! But the main thing is I can walk and drive again!! I couldn't have done it without the support of Doctor Doll and his staff!! Side note- I also went to a back surgeon and hip surgeon at TSAOG in San Antonio (5hr drive each way) 2 weeks after my injury. They did an MRI and X-rays. They compared them to the X-rays Dr. Doll took the first day and they both said if chiropractor care is working to keep doing that and I won't need surgery for a long time- if ever!! I was given some pain meds by the surgeon to help me in between treatments or on the weekends when I can't get in because Doll Chiropractic is not open on the weekends. This has saved my life! I'm able to slowly get back to my regular day!! I really appreciate Doll Chiropractic for their bedside manor and the work they do!!! I highly recommend them!! read more

No nonsense bone cracking and therapies. I adore the friendly staff and feeling of relief I have when I leave. Steady improvement from my first appointment. It can take longer is someone is chatting up Mr.Doll because he is friendly and will chat back so it's on you, the client, not to dillydally, because other people can hear you and are waiting in discomfort. I went to Dr Doll for the first time the other day and besides the appointment taking 2 hrs, I loved Dr Doll and his bedside manner. He took X-rays but said we wouldn't go over them until "next time". I was in horrible pain today and called to get in. I told Them i was pressed on time And would only have a little over an hour. They told Me Since i wasn't a new patient i should be good. I got there and no one was waiting and no one was in a room. I sat in the room for 50 mins. Until I finally got up and told The office manager that i was going to have to leave and explained that i had to get to my second job. She said "okay sorry". So now i am in horrible pain and still Don't know what the X-rays that i paid a large sum of money for said!!! As much as i liked Dr Doll Himself, i can not waste my time going there. Best chiropractor in West Texas! Such a wonderful person and really cares about his patients. Wait is long only because he's so good!

Dr Doll is an amazing chiropractor and fixes you right up. He is not like most where you have to keep going back over and over. I first went to Dr Doll when I was in a wreck. I was unable to do normal daily task without pain. He fixed me right up and when I need an adjustment I just call and schedule an appt.
