Melissa has a way of working with the eyelash in a way that preserves their health and leaves them seemingly untouched upon removal. One should be very, very cautious in whom they trust when dealing with their lashes. If you come here, you're protected. An entertaining conversationalist as well, she has a way of making the long appointment go by quickly and seamlessly, with the finale of full, impeccable lashes --with quite the lengthy lifespan if you care for them properly-- that are well worth the investment. Even in Manhattan or LA, I've yet to find work paralleled to hers, nor a specialist who cares as much as she does. She's magic and a total babe.

Tammy had misleading pictures on her website and assured us the procedure would give us the results we desired but after $800 and a painful procedure, the results were not worth the time or money. IT DOESNT LOOK LIKE ANY WORK WAS DONE AT ALL!! I called to have Tammy remediate the issue/results and at first she said she would try adding the hairlike strokes (we originally paid for but got DOTS instead) and then changed her mind and said she couldn't do anything at all to fix the problem. People don't just spend $800 for no results and an excuse that we were explained there were follow up appointments, WE DEFINITELY WERE not explained this. I would not have signed up for this if it's already expensive and needed additional investment. I will be speaking to an attorney because this is against consumer protection issue. Do not get tricked by this woman/"business".

After signing a few more forms, we got started. I laid down on the covid-friendly table (normally there are warmers and blankets and a memory foam pillow, darnit!) and the process began. And 3/4 appointments took longer than was scheduled, also no communication that this was happening during the appointment. I wouldn't be so bothered if the tech (Victoria) informed me that this was happening, but there was no communication. Seeing the extra cost, alongside the fact that I'm getting up from the table realizing I'm 15-30 minutes later than I anticipated because the appointments took so long, left me feeling too frazzled to say something in the moment. This was my first lash experience and I appreciate her demeanor and like the lashes, but not the experience.
