Recently, I had an issue with the international wire- I expected a large amount of money to be wired to my account. Unfortunately, money/ wire was lost in transaction between the overseas bank, corresponding bank and Dollar bank. Tracy Skelly ,one of the managers, came up with the help. She responded asap to my issue and made numerous contact calls to different departments. Tracy tried to communicate with overseas bank and gave me useful tips that could help me to get money. I really appreciated Tracy's assistance and support while waiting on the resolution of the case. After 50 days, the wire finally came to my account.
