One of my hubby's first jobs was in a $1.50 Cleaners, so he is very particular about his dry cleaning, and very familiar with what goes into making a good dry cleaners run. First off, finding a dry cleaners that will do all of your clothes for under $1.50 a piece is heaven sent. I can't even imagine what our dry cleaning bill would be otherwise. We've been using this cleaners for over a year now, and contrary to what you might expect for a "value" priced cleaners, these guys actually do a pretty good job. Don't get me wrong, they've burnt a few buttons, and on an occasion or two I have been less than satisfied with the garment I've gotten back. But all in all, they do a consistently good job, are very friendly and an exceptional value. As of late it seems that they have gotten very busy, and that has resulted in longer wait times to get our clothes back. Stopped by since winter is basically here to have my pea coat cleaned. The staff was not very quick to help me even though there were no other customers in the small lobby. I handed my coat over along with $7.50 and was told that my coat would be ready to pick up in 3 days. I told them I needed it sooner and although the guy gave me a dirty look, he said I could pick it up the next day after 5 p.m. I picked up the coat, it looks and smells pretty clean. This place isn't big on personality but it's efficient and gets the job done. read more

Always a good experience. The best cleaners I've found in 15 years living in Midtown and now Tucker. I've taken knee-length coats, suits, silk dresses, wool sweaters, comforters, heirloom afghan blankets, and a bunch of "regular" stuff to them. They are fast, friendly, reasonably-priced. So far I haven't gotten any burnt buttons but all my slacks that I have dropped off have come out better than expected. Since this is only 1.50 you wouldn't normally think much of the service. But as long as you are not in a rush to have your clothes dry clean, they have been consistent with each item I have dropped off. Turn around time has usually been 3 days so far. read more

I tried this dry cleaners once because I was so siked about the price.However the price speaks for the quality.If you are looking for quality cleaning and pressing then this is not the place.I could barely tell that my clothes were dry cleaned.I dry clean almost 80% of my closet which is a lot so you can imagine how much I spent only to be dissatisfied.So guys if you just need a few things cleaned sure for the price try it out and he's a really nice guy,waited for me after closing time after coming from work but if you need the best results then the standard 25.00 min for 10 pieces is pretty reasonable read more

This is by far the WORST dry cleaners I have been to. You really pay for what you get and more. First of all, I dropped off several articles of clothing and picked them up the next week. When I got home, I realized one of my dresses had a Huge burnt hole. I returned to the Dry Cleaners the following day. The manager (he's always at the front) told me how sorry is and they will try to fix it by sewing the hole and if I don't like it, he would reimburse the worth of the dress (which is $50). Furthermore, I returned to get my dress and their so-called repair was HORRIBLE. Why did he think I would accept that? I don't know. I told him how horrible it was and I would like my moneys worth of my dress and he started to write a check for $33 (half of the amount of my dress). So I told him I would like my dress back and he refused to give me my dress. He shouted that I can take him to Small Claims Court. I told him many times that I did not want the $, I just want my burnt dress with the big hole. He still refused again. I had to call the police for him to give me back my dress. After the serious reinforcement from the police, he finally give me back my dress. Horrible customer service, just plain out horrible Company. Two customers before me were also complaining about their clothes. This place needs to be Shut Down!! read more
