I called to order some of their party platters and the person on the phone side and told me to call back later and they'd figure it out. I called back later to the same response. I called back a third time at their request and the response was, "Yeah, I guess we can do that." At that point, I informed them that I didn't want their service. I have had one cheerful and helpful cashier. Most of the time, the cashiers are either grumping about their job or making fun of me not so quietly. They're kind they're considerate they will go out of your way to help you. I remember one time they had hired a new person. It was a younger person, but they were not very kind. Both Yelp and Google indicated Sunday operating hours so I went to it's website, clicked "online order", and placed a ~$65 order for pickup at 12:17pm Upon receiving email confirmation that the order was ready at 12:42pm we drove down for pickup. Upon arriving at George's it was closed. Not only that, the hours on the door stipulated Sunday had no working hours. Sitting in the front of the restaurant I called Menufy support who swore up and down that George's was in fact open. After fighting with the Menufy representatives, offering to provide pictures to prove the restaurant was closed, she offered a refund. But wait, it's gets better... I still haven't received a refund. Why..., Menufy requires George's Mediterranean Market's authorization! Buyer beware! If George's is willing to leave it's online ordering running while closed in a fraudulent attempt to steal money from its patrons, I can't imagine what they do when you swipe your credit card.
