Sheetz Rocks! What else can I say? Ok, I'll say a bit more. This is more than just a gas station. It's a top for people in the area to get coffee, food, drinks, beer, snacks, etc. They have a drive thru, but half the fun is browsing around for what's new. The main draw for me is the MTO (made to order) food. They started out just offering hoagies and other small stuff. On various trips, I had a spicy chicken sandwich with Nashville hot sauces, cheese curds, and a pepperoni roll. I also got my morning coffee and you can use their machines or you can order from the touch-screen for some Starbucks-like options. Their food absolutely crushes other gas station food that I've had (GetGo, Wawa, Arco). I think the entire menu is offered 24/7 and they even have a grab-n-go section so you can get your breakfast sandwiches or other stuff and head out the door. There's an indoor dining area, outside seating in the front and back (another entrance in the back too), and plenty of pumps for gas. If you're traveling through, do yourself a favor and stop here instead of McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's. You can get that crap anywhere. read more

Service and hospitality were steady and courteous every visit, very consistent quality of food and friendly folks.

First off, no covid enforcement. In a convenience store...not smart. Saw at least four people with no masks on. Not a word said to them. Apathetic management? Ordered a breakfast sandwich. It was, at best...at least edible. No more than that. Hash browns were tasty. Coffee was okay, but was it really Sumatra? I make Sumatra at home. Mine's different. Eh...the covid was the thing. This can be looked at as either an oasis or oddly placed location for a Sheetz. For me being a big Sheetz fan I lean more towards the first one there. I have passed this location on a few occasions but never really had a real reason to stop. It reminds me of their location in Ligonier with it being on the outskirts of the town area, but somehow everyone that lives there knows about it. I pulled in here and I will tell you what is odd about this place, the parking lot. When you think of Sheetz and parking it is usually spots right up next to the building or on the far side of the lot. This one has a parking lot that looks like a it is meant to be a standalone location that offers only convenience items. Maybe I am just used to seeing a Sheetz in its natural state with the limited parking, but it was quite odd. The inside of the store just flows. It has the newer setup that makes finding items easy. I ended up getting a quick bite from the MTO area and a drink. Made a quick in and out of the inside and headed out. Overall, the food was decent, but with the limited supply chain happening right now that equates to not much choices for you to have it 'made to order.' read more

This is my favorite sheetz because they are always nice to us when we walk in in full blown LARP attire. I am painted to look like a lizard, and everyone is nice about it. Also, when we get MTO sandwiches, they slather them in sauces that we pick. Awesome! read more

I was traveling through PA and was looking for a place to get gas and grab a quick snack. The name enticed me so I decided to stop by. If you're from VA this is their equivalent to a Wawa. I ordered a breakfast burrito and some hash browns which really hit the spot. It came out so quickly and it was fresh and hot. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The best part of all was it wasn't expensive! They have free air so you can fill up your tires. Gas was a lil more expensive than other places but it's convenient to get food and gas all in one go. read more

My partner and I went to this sheetz location a little before 2 am. We used the bathroom and purchased somethings after. I walked out because I forgot my money in the car and I'm assuming the employees in the back (wearing gray shirts, male and female) where the food is made thought we left and made a disrespectful comment about us. My partner was still in the store and over heard them. They watched us stand at the counter and didn't acknowledge us or come over to help us check out. Kudos to the sheets chain for pioneering a new culinary delicacy: a chicken salad sandwich without chicken! Needing a fast bite on my way to work and having stopped for gas call mom I picked up one of their premade sandwiches. I passed on the pastrami on marble rye, thinking, that looks good but it will need a sauce. I went to the chicken salad sandwich as it seemed to be a complete package already made. A couple of bites into the sandwich and I realized what I actually had was a mayonnaise and celery sandwich with absolutely no Hint of chicken ever having been in the same room with the sandwich at one point. For the great privilege of two slices of white bread, a couple of tablespoons of mayonnaise and a quarter of a stalk of chopped celery I paid five dollars. So I visit this location almost every morning using their drive thru system and normally the employees are outstanding and make me feel very welcome. With the exception of this morning. I arrive and the drive thru was closed off by 2 traffic cones. So I drive up to the drive thru window and an employee came to the window I explained that the drive thru seemed to be closed could she take my order here at the window. With the nastiest face she asked me what I wanted started to take my small order would have order a few more items but she seem very annoyed that she had to take my order at all. Then made a comment over her head set right in front of me that she was not sure why but the drive thru was closed and she was not going to do this all day long. I said I was sorry she did not utter a word to me just continued to look at me with this mad look on her face. I would of said something to her but she was going to get my coffee order and I did not want her to possibly spit or do something to my coffee. Once I received my order and drive from the drive thru I notice that an employee went out and moved the cones so that the drive thru would be available for people to place their orders. I would have been more than willing to do this if all that was needed was for the cones to be removed and place my order myself rather than receive this service. So you use the drive thru and an employee by the name of Rebecca waits on you be prepared to be treated horribly. read more

Same employee looks over at me but will not acknowledge me. Hit the horn several times. No response. Walk in and demand my order SINCE IT IS ALREADY PAID FOR AND THE APP DOESN'T HAVE A CANCEL ORDER OPTION. Pathetic employee hands me my order that has been sitting for 15 minutes and whimpers that he didn't know that i was there. Bullshit. I ordered food at the kiosk payed for my food and waited I looked and saw that my food was ready and I asked I was told it had not been paid after I stood in line and paid. I did not get a receipt so I was told that I would need to get back in line and pay again for the food. The line was so long it would take 30 min to pay for a second time I told them they could keep the food it was not worth it. Very upsetting to pay for something and then not be able to get it because the employees are too stupid to do their job right. I will never get food at this store again. This Sheetz went way above and beyond for my family tonight. My car started acting up on the turnpike, so I got off here for it to just stop moving forward the driveway, blocking part of the parking lot. My husband tried to push while I steered in neutral, but the car worked seize up after a few inches. He went in to get help and a new employee, the supervisor, and a Sheetz truck driver who just happened to be there all came over, assessed the situation, realized I could travel in reverse but not drive, coached me through everything, and got me in to a spot out of the way, all while my infant slept in the backseat. They continued to chat with me and my husband to ensure we were ok and were just all around great. read more

Gigi is very rude and yelled at me for not unrolling my twenty dollar bill in front of several other customers. She could have been more polite when speaking to me.
