The truck was still in the lot at 12:30 pm, even with it not being a busy day and 4 or 5 guys milling around in the garage. Finally, after complaining they pulled it inside. After 4 hours and many Price is Right's later I was on my way, but only after paying an extra amount for warranty which I told her I wanted to decline. I just paid it and left in frustration. I'll never visit this store again. Save time, money and frustration, go to Costco or at least find another store. I usually scoff at 1 and 5 star reviews, but this one truly merits one star.

I thought I misunderstood him so I just gave him my ID and he says I need hers too. I said she doesn't have one, she's my daughter and he said he couldn't sell it to me because we came in together. I asked if this was a Alabama thing and he said he didn't know, he was just told that when he started working there. What am I missing here? Was I supposed to leave my daughter in scolding heat outside in a car risking someone to kidnap her. We went there mainly for the milk, i figured I'd get the beer after going inside since my birthday was coming up in a few days, its just the principle behind it that pisses me off, I actually felt insulted.
