This is the friendliest cleanest and most organized Walmart that we have been in. The produce is fresh as well as the bakery. Since this is the closest store to our house, we go here weekly and it's nice that the aisles are not filled with employees stocking so it's easy to get in and out of. read more

I ordered four tires from this store. They eventually arrived two and a half weeks later, after which I called to create an appointment to install. I arrived at 9:45 am (10 am appt). The truck was still in the lot at 12:30 pm, even with it not being a busy day and 4 or 5 guys milling around in the garage. Finally, after complaining they pulled it inside. After 4 hours and many Price is Right's later I was on my way, but only after paying an extra amount for warranty which I told her I wanted to decline. I just paid it and left in frustration. I'll never visit this store again. Save time, money and frustration, go to Costco or at least find another store. I usually scoff at 1 and 5 star reviews, but this one truly merits one star. read more

I detest this place. First the self-checkout flagged me because it thought I was attempting to steal dessicant. Then the door man also demanded to see my receipt. I told him he was welcome to look through the bags but I was not about to do his job for him. Then the bags that he had gone through burst open and dish soap spilled all over my suede shoes. IF YOU JERKS HAD JUST BAGGED MY GROCERIES LIKE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO THIS ALL WOULDVE BEEN MOOT. I really detest walmart. read more

Help with technology. I am a senior citizen and did not grow up with modern technology. I went to the store to avoid having to order a tv online. However, when I went to pay cash for the tv and have it delivered, I was told by the clerk that was not an option! I explained the tv was too heavy to carry and couldn't they just help me order while I was in the store. I was given a resounding answer of No! The clerk was quite rude! The only way I could get the tv delivered was to order it online which defeated my original purpose of trying to avoid online shopping. Needless to say, Walmart has lost my business and I will go down to Malbis to get my tv! I believe in keeping business local, but not when the clerks and store policies are anti-senior citizen! read more

I purchased 1.21 pounds of nectarines yesterday (19 April 2024) @ $2.29 per pound ($2.76 plus TAX) and I cut them open today to find that every single one of them was ROTTEN inside. GARBAGE. There in no way to contact the manager. So I am contacting the HQ in Arkansas. POST the manager's name and email address so photos of the rotten nectarines and receipt can be sent and a refund given. read more

stars for the PHARMACY, the Pharmacist; Sue, is absolutely wonderful! The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and SMILING! They're always eager to help! Sue is looking at each prescription, she looks at your other meds to make sure that they won't react to your new prescription's. Sue checks for any allergies or reactions, that you may have. Reason why I give it three stars is because I returned something and one of the csm's made a nasty remark why didn't I just donate it instead of bring it back her name was Miko. The rest of the staff has been amazing now the checkout lines don't even get me started sometimes you'll spend 30 minutes trying to just check out cuz like they need to open more lines. read more

Don't use grocery pickup unless you're willing to wait 2 hrs! Can't leave message due to mailbox full. Supervisor just says they'll get to you as soon as they can and to catch one of the delivery people and ask about my order. Needless to say this Walmart needs supervision! read more

If I could give the Bay Minette, AL Walmart a lower rating I would. This morning was the third time in the last 6 months that I have even been in this store because EVERY time they only have 1 register open and customers are lined up 20 deep across the aisle into the women's clothing. After asking 3 different employees (including a woman that appeared to be mgmt) to open another register I got NO response. Not even a reply---just walked off. I will NEVER set foot in this store again and will advise everyone I know to do the same. We shopped at this store weekly for years but in the last 2-3 years it has gone completely downhill. They obviously do NOT care one whit about customer service. I will take my $$$ elsewhere and I will be making a call to someone in a higher-up capacity to voice my complaint. read more

I promised I would never set foot back in this place and I haven't. I'm proud of myself for it. There are only a few stores in this small town and I would go to any of them and gladly spend more money before I set foot back into this particular WalMart store. I have visited the TLE twice recently, and they never open on time. The first time I waited until 7:30 before being helped. TLE is supposed to be open at 7. I asked the electronics associate to call a manager for me and she snidely informed me that it was not her job. I wasn't asking the girl to change my oil, just simply to call a manager. The second time I waited until 7:09 and just left. Some time in between those two incidents I visited the money center to pick up a money order. Their sign says they open at 8am. I got there at 8:04. At 8:09 I chased down a cashier and she rudely told me, "It's gone be a few minutes. I gotta get my money." She had her till in her hand. She finally showed up at 8:14 where I still had to wait for her to take down the ropes and get her register going. I do not get paid to sit at WalMart all day. Your employees do, and they have no problem showing that they do not care about their customers. I spoke with a manager named Donald on two of these occasions. Of course, there was no explanation for what had happened to me or why. Stay away from this WalMart, unless you just really enjoy being there for extended periods of time! read more
