It wasn't cost effective to spend $6 to go back to the store right away for a chicken that cost about the same as bus fare. Several years ago, I had an unsatisfactory chicken at Price Chopper in Blue Springs. That only happened once in over ten years. When I went back there, I was given a refund and another chicken. I should have checked the other Walmart Yelp reviews before I went. There is no question. I WON'T BE SHOPPING AT WALMART IN THE FUTURE.

I had purchased treats for my dog and the price rang up higher than the shelf, the employees were so kind and double checked, and even though the product was on a different label, they saw that the shelf was mixed up and they honored the price. The produce looked amazing, the meat section was fresh and recently stocked, the bakery area looked very, very clean. I needed to use the restroom, I found the ladies room to be very clean and presentable, very much like Sams Club bathrooms. The employees were extremely friendly, very welcoming, and I appreciated them being so cheerful. There were quite a few vendor deliveries, and the market was quite busy with stocking shelves, it's nice to see this type of mini supercenter in our neighborhood.

Set at the Customer Service counter was able to help me with my Price Chopper discount card refund. I failed to tell my cashier that I had one. OOPS! I'm new to this area.... The woman at the gourmet meat counter was able to direct me to a frozen meat item I was searching for. Isadora specifically is very compassionate and empathetic I have noticed not only with my encounters with her but her encounters with other people. Anthony was especially supportive and empathetic through the renovation process. Many of the natural grocers independence employees have been supportive but there are so many great moments I have had in this store with my kids and I will continue to return.
