To make things worse, every time I try to log in, I'm met with error messages, security pop ups, or having to navigate adds to get to the actual screen to search coupons. Most recently, the app "locked" due to security concerns? Seriously. I'm trying to save a few bucks on a purchase, not log into a bank account to take out a car loan. I'm not changing my password, I'm not verifying by email every trip. Let corporate know they really missed the mark on this one.

This store is filthy. Items are left out in the walkways which is a potential tripping hazard to…read moreelderly and disabled customers. Shelves are dirty. The outside grounds look like an ashtray, especially where employees sit on their bench and toss cigarette butts all over the lot. Absolutely disgusting. I have been treated with utter disdain and contempt by employees. I understand that employees must do their stocking and attend the register too, but they sometimes see that customers are waiting and just continue to stock, without even acknowledging the presence of their customers at the register. I avoid this store as much as possible.

I like coming here to pick up a few things on my way home from work. The sales/deals are pretty good and save around $20's or more depending on the sales & coupons you have at the moment. Also the Dollar General app has cash back where you get a certain amount of cash back when you purchase the product and save enough of the cash back you can use it as partial payment to help pay for your items at check out. The service is great and staff are helpful when you need them for something. I've taken back sodas that I've bought from the other day because they were expired and showed the manger on duty my receipt and what day it expired on the bottle and she let me exchange it. Also showed her several other Coca Cola products that were expired so she could inform the vendor of the issue. The manager was helpful on resolving the issues on hand. If you have the Dollars General app loaded with digital coupons be sure to put in your phone number on the pin pad before they total it out in order to get your discount applied at checkout. The store is decently clean & organized on a non truck day. It's a bit crowded when they do work truck when they deliver to the store.
